We just purchased this camper from an original owner. We were planning on going cross country but my mother was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer so obviously everything is on hold. We have never camped in it and we purchased a brand new mattress for it and my husband repaired the rubber roof as it was leaking. (He's a roofer). The linoleum flooring has a crack in it and we were intending on fixing that.(easy fix). It sleeps 4 and is in really beautiful condition. It also has all the pots ,pans toaster coffee maker etc etc. It will come with the hitch and all the boards. It has an awning. I have a giant book with all the records from the time it was originally purchased, including any and all service orders.
