Fourth bunk folds up so outside access door can be used to load. (I also folded up this bed to set up a pack and play for the baby and during travel my husband built a bike rack to fit this area.) Spacious kitchen/family room (double slide) area complete with a hide-a-bed couch, free standing table and chairs, and high ceilings. Kitchen has a ton of storage and a large sink for dishes. Front bedroom slides out to make a spacious, private bedroom complete with a pocket door. Entire front wall of the rv is filled with storage space for folded and hanging clothing. Seperate shower and bathroom stall (real porcelain toilet). We are the first owners or this RV. It has been stored inside in the winter, and waxed every year.
