2004 Sunnybrook Fifth Wheel, great condition. Extra large slide out, 2 tvs, beautiful unit with Queen sized bed with pillowtop custom mattress, under bed storage, black out shades. There is a full glass enclosed shower. Tons of storage. Air conditioning, furnace, ceiling fan, extra fan unit installed by previous owner. beautiful glass sitting area in rear of unit with 2 large leather chairs with ottomans to enjoy the view. Chairs can be used to sleep on. Tons of natural light and windows can all be opened with and have screens. Kitchen table expands and has 4 chairs that can be moved. Lots of cabinets both in kitchen and bedroom area. Pretty glass cabinet over television in living dining area. Oven has not be used! Separate toilet are and sink is outside of toilet area. Area can be separated. Pocket door separates upstairs and downstairs. Other vinyl doors to enclose bath area. Unit has exterior shower. Double propane unit. Unit has been used as a seasonal for the last 4 years. Awning over the slide out. Needs a good wash and wax due to drought conditions was not donel last year. I am looking to purchase something smaller in size as I do not get the full enjoyment of the unit.
