Hi. I'm Andy - VidsAndPins, and as you can see from my 100% positive feedback, I have sold quite a few expensive items (pinball machines, travel trailers, cars, and motorcycles) and I deliver what I advertise. Today, I'm listing this travel trailer (and GMC Yukon XL SLT 2500 in another upcoming auction) for my parents who are in their late seventies, and have been "travel trailering" for 43 years. They purchased this trailer from the original owner in 2011 who used it once and sold it due to illness. The refrigerator/freezer was just replaced with a brand new two way model several weeks ago, at a cost of $1634 installed and has been used once. The trailer is a non smoked in unit and features a queen bed, A/C, ducted furnace, 6 gallon gas/electric hot water heater, 3 burner range with electric ignition, exhaust hood, microwave, awning, twin 20 lb propane tanks, twin 12 volt batteries, jackknife sofa, swivel rocking chair, stereo CD player, pantry, outside shower compartment and spare tire carrier. Take a good look at the interior layout and you will find something uncommon in a trailer this size; the storage. There are more cabinets, closets and storage compartments than any other trailer this size. I've owned several trailers myself and found this comment to be very true. The condition of the unit is very good to excellent. The tires are 3 years old but have 95% of their tread and have been covered with tire covers, and the unit has been kept out of the sun so everything is in good condition and all systems work as they should. The trailer has been lightly used and kept up by responsible people who take care of their things, and know how to maintain trailer systems.
