1998 Sundowner Three Horse Trailer / Slant Load (Steal) with weekend living quarters. It contains extra storage and cabinet space, swivel t.v. mount,and cowboy shower with the gas water heater. It also has a 54 gallon water tank for shower or primitive camping. It has a cold A/C for living quarters and its wired to run off 110 volts or 12 volts. The trailer also has a tack apartment in the back that contains a swing out saddle rack that will hold up to three saddles. If the saddle rack is removed from the back you may haul 4 horses. The trailer also comes with an awning that works but may need a new canvas. The door latch to the living quarters is broke and we have not replaced it (its a simple fix). It is starting to get a little rust in the metal seams. The floors are solid throughout the whole trailer (replaced recently). It also has slightly used tires with plenty of tread left on them. The living quarters has a walk through door to the back, and the back of the trailer (where the horses go) has two quick escape side doors.
