Great trailer! 3 Horse slant with stud wall, Some hoof scratches inside. Interior and exterior lights, spare tire (other tires are a year old), propane tanks (full) Back tack/storage with 3 saddle racks, blanket bar, bridle hooks and tray. Aluminum floor with mats Living quarters have toilet, shower, HW Heater and furnace. AC Mini fridge. Full/queen bed...plenty of cabinets, microwave. ONLY THING WRONG: When I replaced the awning a few years back, it was not properly sealed, so there was a small leak inside (see pictures). I have not and any issues with the trailer and the leak...but it did do slight damage inside and warped the counter top in the back. But everything functions as it should and have had NO issues with leaks, mold or anything else. I just (June 2015) had this trailer gone over by a local RV place (D&D RV Sales and Service in West Alexandria, Ohio). They flushed lines, checked water heater, AC, Furnace, Frame, Wheels, sealed roof....BUT, the water holding tank is cracked. They are ordering a new tank and can replace or you can replace and I will knock $500 off the asking price. I have camped in it a few times (July 2015) at horse shows and just hooked water up directly from the hose and had no issues. It will come with extra water hoses that I used with this trailer. Awning is the FULL LENGTH OF THE TRAILER I cannot say enough good things about this trailer...and I love this trailer. We are only selling to get an RV and a bumper pull trailer...because it gets crowded for my two children and I. I am in no hurry to sell. I am willing to trade this trailer for a bumper pull and cash. I would prefer a 2-3 horse BP...even a stock one. Hopefully something with slants and a tack space up front. I will be at horse shows in Ohio. You are more than welcome to come inspect it first. You can call the RV place to ask questions as well. This trailer has scratches...but no big dents or has never been wrecked. It has drop down windows and screens in the windows. Never been abused or smoked in. Clean and ready to roll!
