Living Quarters Horse Trailer This is a 3 horse slant load Sundowner Grand Sierra with Living Quarters in excellent condition. It is a one owner trailer with 33,000 miles on it and has always been garaged. It has many features. The horse area has padded stall dividers with a kick guard between the front and middle stall. There are drop-down sliding screened windows on both sides with bars, escape door, mangers for all three horses, lighting in the stalls and loading area, roof vents. There is a large lighted storage area under the mangers large enough for manure forks and shovels. The walls and ceiling are fully insulated. The heavy-duty hay rack holds more than seven large bales of hay and I carry the spare tire up there also. The living quarters short wall is approximately 10 1/2 feet. The slideout holds the dinette which can be made into a bed. The slideout has an awning. The kitchen sink has double basins. The 2 way refrigerator is a Dometic 6 ft.³. The hot water heater is 6 gallons self lighting. The three stove burners are high output. There is an oven and a microwave. The furnace is ducted throughout the living quarters and tack room. There is a roof mounted A/C unit. The control panel has gauges for the 30 gal fresh, gray, and black water tanks; a hot water indicator lamp and the water pump switch; and the generator starter button, the slideout control button, and the battery status including the solar charger. The battery charging system has two settings - one for maintenance charging and one for fast battery charging. The queen size bed area is carpeted and has storage in front, to the sides and at the foot of the bed. There is a FANtastic fan over the bed. There is a louvered vent window on both sides of the bed. There is a pivoting TV stand in the bed area with power outlets nearby. The step up to the bed area is a large storage area. There is also a large amount of storage under both dinette benches. The roomy bathroom has heat ducted to the stool area. It also has a shower stall with a full skylight above the shower. There is a FANtastic fan in the center of the bathroom. The mid tack room is 4' long. It is accessible from outside the trailer as well as from the living quarters. It has three levels of wrap around aluminum rubber lined shelves and a vertical rack for drying and storing 4 saddle blankets. There are multiple hooks and two small deep trays on the outside door. There is a heater duct and power outlet in the tack room for a boot dryer or other use. The is also a FANtastic fan in the ceiling. The swing out saddle rack holds three saddles. There are tie rings on the trailer next to the saddle rack. The awning covers the swing out saddle rack as well as the tack room door and the front door.  The propane generator is 3600 watts. The dedicated built in tank is 15 gals. There are 2 5 gal propane tanks with auto switchover for the appliances. There are two deep cycle batteries which are new. The front corner leveling jacks are electric. The center jack is two speed manual crank. The brake system is air over hydraulic. The axles are 10k each. The tires are 14 ply  17" Bridgestones in excellent condition. Both sides and the back of the trailer have exterior lighting. The rear of of the trailer has a receiver hitch and is wired for trailer lights for double hauling. The trailer weighs about 12,300 lbs wet without the horses. The current attachment hitch is a RV size fifth wheel.
