The local and visiting consultant was very impressed with this coach. It was very clean, and the exterior showed very well. The interior was very clean; the only issue was the furniture peeling, no smells, and all areas were empty and ready for the next owner. Several nice features with the auto-leveling, low generator hours, space owner suite, large standing shower, and forward drop-down bed make this a great purchase for the next owner. This is a second-owner coach powered by a 6.8L V10 Gas engine that produces 320 HP. The owner has replaced the tires; they are 2022 DOT. The exterior of the coach has several underneath (large) storage compartments. The paint color/scheme is very clean and shiny and shows very well in the sun. The coach's interior was very clean and had a lot more space than expected when the slides were opened. The interior furniture material, which is also very common in this aged coach, is peeling in areas. There is a total of 8 seating spaces with seatbelts on this unit. There is also a large 8-person capacity for sleeping in four different spaces. The forward drop-down bed provides a nice space for adults. The coach has a 5.5kW Onan Generator with very low hours at 205. This unit has all the features and upgrades that come with it. The fit and finish to the counters, the appliances, and the interior are very high-end for this price point. The pantry or storage space with very nice LED lights is designed with space and storage in mind. The shelving area can fold to provide additional space behind the shelves.
