Very well maintained, one owner Starcraft RT13 tent trailer. We purchased this unit brand new and have owned it 10 years. Always stored under an awning, under a cover. New tires last year, dual batteries, dual propane tanks, furnace, 3-way refrigerator, water and propane system, 6 gallon gas water heater, electric brakes, AM/FM/CD stereo, stabilizer jacks, portable camper jacks on front, 12' awning, front storage crib, manual roof lift, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, inside porta-potty & shower (never used so brand new), dual burner gas stove, sink, pull out dining area, extra lights and fans for sleeping areas, spare tire & carrier. We have used this on average 3-4 times a year and have never stored it wet, no mold, in excellent condition. Canvas & mosquito netting in perfect condition. This has been a great family RV!
