This camper has always been garaged stored and kept within the family. The camper has never leaked and is above average condition for a 2005. I would suggest a new battery just to be on the safe side. The dinette and sink side window has a vinyl tear at the zipper on both sides near the bottom. This could easily be patched with some black gorrilla tape. Other than that everything is in working order.
