This is a lightly used travel trailer in excellent condition. All systems are functional. Some customization has been done for increased openess (and so viewing the TV is possible from the bed) and many additional features have been done for convenience and storage. There is a mounting for a 32" TV (instead of the factory 18"). The bed mattress is 10" memory foam this year. The seating at the foot of the bed is ready for your cushions (we use cushions from our patio furniture). Light bulbs changed to LED throughout. Good tires and wheel bearings re-packed recently. Lots of pass-thru storage. Bonus: A 15gal blue tote w/wheels for grey water is mounted underneath so it is always with the trailer whenever needed! (We love this trailer, but just want a bigger one!)Some Specs...Tanks: 90gal fresh water, 37gal black, 37gal grey. Dual 30lb propane bottles w/automatic changeover valve. A/C ported through ceiling vents, furnace ported through floor vents, heating/cooling theremostat.Hot water heater is propane and/or 120vac. Refrigerator is propane or 120v (automatic changeover). 120v power supply is 30A w/cord included. 12v battery included.
