This van was designed and meticulously built by a 43 yr veteran of van converting and owned one of the premier van conversion companies is the U.S. One of the most unique part of this van is the electric mechanism that raises the second story top. It does it with a hand remote or an inside button that activates duel winch motors for an extremely smooth motion. The top also has a very large living area inside when raised. The bed is 54x76 and can hold 350 lbs. the height is 40 in. tall, which gives you lots of moving around area. When lowered it can still carry your surfboard, lumber, snowboards, etc. The mechanism to raise and lower is of high grade steel tubing that is rock solid in the high winds. It has 6 large screened window, 6 lights on a dimmer switch and a front storage area for all your essential needs while camping in the second story. The pull out drawer /table is handy for food prep, utensils storage, or use it as a table top for the passenger swivel seat. The 2 burner stove is of a European design with built in cover and electric starter (no more matches). Also comes with a stainless steel sink, with stylish faucet, demand water pump, 10 gal. water tank and a new porta potty. The refrig is 110/12 volt that will run for days with its duel deep cycle batteries and automatic recharging system while traveling or stationary (solar ready). There is a downstairs rear sofa bed that slides out to a 48x72 bed, a breakdown table, 2 safety belts, led reading lights, day/night shades and a comfy, cozy propane heater with its own separate rheostat. The van itself is a E250 3/4 ton (smoother riding than a E350 1 ton) powered by the smallest V8 that Ford makes (4.6 litre) yet still has plenty of get up and go for towing and hill climbing. IT HAS ONLY 7825 MILES. It comes with power everything, door locks, windows, mirrors, steering, cruise control and AM/FM stereo with aux jack.
