The Coach's condition what you would expect of a 10 year old RV. Most of the paint is glossy and free of blemishes or damage with the exception of the roof just above the windshield, which is peeling badly. The driver and passenger windows have slight fogging. The tires have ample tread. Upon entry you'll notice the coach is very clean, however almost all of the furniture is peeling badly, which is not uncommon on the Southwind. The generator started and ran under load, both A/C units ran and blew cold. The engine started right up and ran smoothly. Seller states all other systems work as designed.
