We have for sale an absolutely beautiful 2015 Skyline Shore Park Park Model Home. It is located in the best campground that Old Orchard Beach, Maine has to offer. We purchased it new just a year ago, but our future plans have changed so we need to sell it. It is in immaculately clean condition, smoke free and pet free. We will include in the sale a 8' by 20' deck, deck furniture, a brand new gas grill. In the LIVING ROOM you will find a large sectional sofa with a sleeper fold out. There is an electric fireplace with mantle, and a wall mounted LG TV. In the KITCHEN you will see Whirlpool appliances, Keurig Coffee maker and toaster. Also a large set of dishes, glasses, cookware. Many cupboards for lots of storage. There is also many built in storage cupboards in the hallway. In the pictures you will also see the SLEEPING LOFT which will sleep 6 comfortably.
