This TT is listed as a 20' trailer and measures 25.3" according to the manufacturer. It can sleep 4 comfortably and has a wrap-around RV sized queen with an upgraded memory foam mattress. It has all the typical amenities and everything is functional without issue. Some of the notable items are 31 gallon black and gray water tanks, 6g water heater, Strong 25k BTU heater and a 13.5BTU AC that kept us cool in 100F+ temps. The awning is manual, but easy to open and close. The dinette is a big wrap around which is great for 4 and playing cards and games. In addition to the inside shower, there is an outside shower and a black tank flush to keep the tank nice and clean (I have never used or needed chemicals). Most of the interior lights have all been converted to LED. It also has a weight distribution kit installed for easy towing. I also have a brand new ADCO RV cover and all the miscellaneous accessories are included (level blocks, outdoor carpet/mat, and a number of small items like this). We've (just my wife and I) taken 10-15 trips with this RV over the last 5 or so years and is still in excellent condition. We will miss it. The only "issue" is with the decals deteriorating and coming off. It just needs a good exterior detail job and decal maintenance. Interior still looks brand new. Our tow vehicle has been a 2001 Yukon XL 2500 which I am happy to discuss a package deal if you also need a tow vehicle.
