Nice 5th wheel. 34 ft. (38' LOA)1998 Layton with Rear deck...2 entries ! Kitchen in the rear with center island and bar stools lots of cabinets...it's a real kitchen instead of those small ones that are in the middle of the unit...this one takes up the whole back corner without being over bearing...lots of counter tops so if it's raining, you can cook a serious meal inside...there is a nice addition in the back...a motorcycle carrier on the back an extra 4 ft you can also set it up to carry a golf cart, 4x4 or whatever ..everything seems to work except the ac compressor isn't kicking on. It was nice and cold until it was brought to my house and I'm told it could simply be because The camper is 30 amps but, I am using a 30amp-15 amp reducer due to I don't have 30 amps at my house and I was told it needs more amps than 15 but just in case, I'm saying, it needs service.. I even tried the propane system and fridge works on it as well as hot water heater. Front Jacks hand crank easily, Set up to be very homey. some staining on carpet but not too bad. She has a washing/Drying Combination machine!....notice the side hallway to bedroom...very private. Queen bed mirrored closets in bedroom. All in All...She's in Good SHape 7/10 before you bid, Please come to see and inspect her any time! I am retired so I am always around.
