It tows easily, sleeps 5 (bunk beds, queen bed and a dinette that folds down). Great for a family. Everything is in perfect working condition including AC (electric), heat (propane), gas stovetop, vent fan (electric), microwave and water heater (gas and electric). Two propane tanks and battery with large capacity. Skyline weighs all units at the factory and notes weight with a small plaque on the trailer. Ample external and internal storage space. The external storage can be reached from inside the camper. We added shelving to the large wardrobe inside to hold even more supplies. Bathroom has stand-up shower with skylight, sink, mirror, toilet and good lighting. Recently inspected by a qualified RV inspector and recommendations have to fixed.
