This sweet trailer is so comfortable and fits almost anywhere!

Unladen weight just over 4000lbs. This 23ft trailer is clean and cozy. Full size master bed, couch and dinette also convert into sleeping areas. Great fit for the solitary camper, a couple and their dog, or parents and the kids for a weekend getaway. Full kitchen set up with 3burner stovetop and propane oven, dual sink and microwave. Refrigerator and freezer run on electricity and propane. Air conditioner works great, as does the furnace. Clean shower and tub, with your usual grey/black and freshwater tanks. New water pump! Built-in AM/FM radio with auxiliary port for more media. Additional storage under the mattress, and dinette seats. Trailer is in great condition and the price can't be beat needs new water heater. Full hitch with weight distribution and swaybar, as well as a spare tire and two external holding tanks for grey/black water included..
