A new shower head, new toilet, and new 6 gallons water heater were added, as well as, new plumbing and drainage. Two ceiling vents and an A/C, all the lights were replaced as well as the outlets. Designed to be an AirBnb with no holding tanks. The exterior has been sanded, painted, and resealed, all windows are in working order. As a work in progress, the Silver Streak has been designed to have solar, with only a partial installation of the system. It's been designed to have an A/C unit, which hasn't been supplied, and the Truma gas heater and gas water heater have been partially installed. New windows, seals, tint. Not only does it have that classic styling of an antique trailer, but you'll be able to finish the interior to your liking. An interior designer designed the remodel of this custom trailer. This project was begun but put on hold for personal reasons. The unique interior includes a built-in cabinet down the driver's side of the trailer, a composting toilet towards the front of the trailer, storage cabinets, and a pull-out electric cooler, which is your fridge. Down the passenger side of the trailer, you'll find a pull-out sink that can be accessed from outside the door, should the need arise, a three-burner gas cooktop, and pull-out pantry shelves towards the rear. The bed platforms connect for a ~120" wide sleeping area. The Front of the trailer will be a great place for relaxing, while the rear of the trailer can be an office space. Vintage 1965 SILVER STREAK SABRE travel trailer in excellent RESTORED condition. 20' long from bumper to hitch. Completely refurbished in 2012 by Avalon RV in Benicia. Stored indoors and cared for by Bay Indoor RV Storage in Antioch since being refurbished. Original dull anodized aluminum finish and gold accent were stripped and polished. Windows were reset and sealed. NEW electrical system, upholstery, marmoleum flooring, embossed stainless steel paneling at dinette wainscot and refrigerator door and axle leaf springs. Includes a full sized bathroom (shower, vanity & toilet) with folding privacy screen, pull out queen sized sofa bed, dinette that seats four & converts to a full sized bed, kitchen sink, propane 4-burner stove & oven, propane and electric refrigerator/freezer, air conditioner, propane heater, yellow & white striped sunbrella awning, double axle with custom painted rims and baby moon chrome hub caps and electric drum brakes on all wheels.Pulls like a dream. I couldn't find specs on the trailer or hitch weight but an Airstream of same size and vintage is 2,350lbs, and 250 lbs. respectively. The only difference is the Silver Streak has two axles, which allows it to carry a much greater load than the single axle Airstream. I've also read the Silver Streak was better built.$21,000 / obo
