Has electric frig/freezer and original ice box, propane stovetop/oven and a sink in kitchen. No toilet. A/C added under the bed and vented out the side storage compartments. Has a swivel wall TV mount over the bed that can be positioned to see while in bed or at the kitchen table. Windows and door all with screens and all work great. Couch is a permanent bed and table both makes into a bed. Two outside storage areas. Exterior wings need work and has had a little leaking over the years, mostly needs cleaned, minor repairs and some TLC. We are hoping to find someone that will enjoy it as much as we have.
