We have a 2016 Shasta Phoenix that we must sell due to an ordinance change in our township. The requirements to store an RV on your property changed while we where in the process of purchasing this. This is a very family friendly 5th wheel. The kids are able to help set up to make your camping trip more enjoyable. When we purchased this beauty we loved it so much that we purchased a 5 year extended warranty that we are including in the price. That alone is a $2000 value. It is a must see camper.
