This coach is in nice condition and stored covered when not in use. The exterior wrap is uniform and shiny, with typical wear areas (pictured). Note some scratches (pictured) and a dent in the rear curbside (pictured).

The front tires have 4816 date codes, and the rear Toyo tires look newer and in nice condition, but no date codes were found.
The interior has no significant stains, tears, odors, or seam separations. The upholstery is supple, and the flooring and finishes are uniform.
