2008 40' Sandpiper 40' pull behind travel trailer. The 19 1/2-foot livingroom/kitchen slide-out paired with the glass sliding door make this trailer live like a home. More closets, cupboards, drawers, storage cubbies than a 14x66 MH! We are the original owners. It has been kept under-cover for 6 of the years we have owned it. The rubber roof has been cleaned and conditioned every year. Included: - Washer/Dryer with 50 Amp service; - King Size Bed platform (must purchase your own mattress); - One Touch Dometic Electric Awning; - Water Filter System; - Outside shower; - Free standing dinette (real wood; chair seats have ample storage space); 15.0K BTU AC upgrade; - sofa bed (easily converts to a bed with air mattress stored in underneath drawer); - built in desk in bedroom; - amplified digital antenna; - TV connections in livingroom and bedroom; - wired surround sound; - R-14 insulation in floor and ceiling; - electric-only 18cf 2-door fridge; - microwave We had installed a tile pad by the sliding door and had a wood burning stove with a window. It was so nice in the winter to be cozy watching the fire while sitting in comfort looking out the glass door. An electric fire place would look good in that spot too. There are only 2 things that we know of that do NOT work: the gas heater (because wife did not read manual and had sprayed water into exhaust to get rid of mud daubers' nests. There is a screen over exhaust now); one breaker in the control box is broken due to a close lightning strike. That breaker controls the ceiling fan which doesn't work now. There is the usual wear and tear of every day living. One of the kitchen chairs has the tooth marks of our youngest grandson. Overall, this trailer is in excellent shape! We're closer to Lawrenceburg, TN. Selling AS IS. ASKING $22,500 cash or cashier's check ONLY.
