LIGHT WEIGHT, NICE, AND CLEAN 2006 SALEM LE 27BH SLEEPS 8, BUNK BEDS, NO RESERVE The Outside: The outside is in decent shape all the way around. It has good sides, nice paint/stripes, good wheels/tires, 30 amp, gas furnace, gas water heater, black water tank, grey water tank, fresh water tank, super slide, and basement storage. The Inside: The inside is also in good condition. At the front of the camper is the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen walk around bed, upper cabinets, side cabinets, reading lights, and night stands. In the middle of the camper is the living room and kitchen. The living room has a couch that makes a bed, a dinette that makes a bed upper cabinets, lights, and blinds. The kitchen has a double sink, Magic Chef stove, Dometic microwave, fridge/freezer, and cabinets. At the back left of the camper is the bunk beds. At the rear of the camper is the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, sink, stool, and medicine cabinet. Overall: The overall shape of the camper is good but NOT perfect. I pulled the unit about 175 miles and it pulled good. All the lights as well as the brakes are working. There are no leaks or odors. Please keep in mind this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. The camper does have flaws. The outside flaws are: normal wear. The flaws with the inside are: couch has a tear and normal wear. Please view all pictures and ask and questions you might have. All of the campers here are checked out. We check out: water heaters, AC unit, furnaces, refrigerator and freezer, slide outs, water pumps, microwaves, brakes, and lights on every unit. Propane tanks and batteries are not included. They will be on it to show you everything is working and then taken back off unless you would like to purchase them. Please keep in mind that this a USED trailer and is Not perfect. It does have a 30 amp power service. The trailer sleeps a total of 8 people. The bed sleeps 2 adults.The dinette sleeps 2 kids.The couch sleeps 2 kids. The bunk bed sleeps 2 kids. It does have a roof air and furnace that works. Gas water heater. The dry weight is 4740lbs. Please keep in mind that this a USED trailer and is Not perfect. There will be normal ware on this unit.Terms of sale: A $1000 Non Refundable deposit is due after 48 hours after the auction is over and the balance to be paid in full within 7 days of the auction ending. All payments can be made by wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, or cash. All checks or money orders need to be made out to 4ZS RVS. Payment can be sent by FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service. There is a 7% sales tax that I must collect if you are from the following states: Indiana, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Main, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If you pay sales tax you will be given a ST-108 tax form. This form tells your state that you have already paid your tax so you will not pay tax again. There is a $100 title, tag, and documentation fee. If you are from Mexico I also have to collect sales tax. I know all Canadians with need documents faxed over to the border at which you will be crossing. That is no problem just call me and let me know the fax number to where you be crossing at and I will fax the papers over. There can be a $50 discount when you show up for the camper, ask when you get here. Pick up:When picking up the camper I would like to have a 48 hour notice. When you pick up the camper I will have it backed up to the garage and plugged in so I can show you all the systems are working so you will feel confident about your purchase because I only want happy campers.
