Fresh Water Tank -88 gal. gray and black water tanks -35 gal. propane tank -External water control panel -Air ride -Reclining driver, passenger and guest seats The RV starts and runs, and have very low miles. This motorhome is not perfect and I have done the best to show the nicks, bangs and scratches. There was ceiling leaks severe enough to stain the ceiling carpet, but all leaks have been sealed. Overall this unit looks good and is pretty much fully functional. The list of what is wrong is short, and I want you to know what you are looking at. Here is what I have found that needs fixed, repaired or replaced: * Ceiling carpet needs replaced * Refrigerator is inoperable * The front hydraulic jack is not functioning * The electric stairs do not activate * The previous owners left a front bra on too long and bubbled the paint * Non-leaking ding on the radiator * Tires hold air but are old and should be replaced * Back up camera is non-operable * Neither TV turn on * Do not know if the Statelite System functions MAKE REASONABLE OFFER WELL BELOW BOOK VALUE 772 913 0869 $27,000.00
