Gentlemen, what we have here up for sale is a 4'x8' fold up utility trailer. It tow's beautifully and would be perfect behind a passenger car or compact pick up/suv. The fold up feature is awesome! Takes up a minimal amount of space for winter storage or when not in use. I can fold up/unfold in about 10 minutes and is easy to do. It is in new condition as I only used it twice. It require's use of a 1-7/8" ball. Feature's the larger 12" wheel's, 4 tie downs, stake pocket's all the way around, and a front rack. It is a great alternative to owning an expensive, thirsty, full size pick up truck. This trailer will haul a riding lawn mower, lumber etc... from the big box store for those summer project's with ease. I encourage you to ask questions and/or come look at it. 2006 Coachmen Chaparral 32 ft and 3 slides. This fiver has a king sized bed with memory foam matress and sliding back closet. There are lots of cabnet space and 6 drawers of storage and more storage under the bed. The kitchen has a regular sized RV fridge and three burner gas stove. The water heater and fridge are gas and electric operated. Large windows in the rear and on both slides outfitted with accordian style blinds and regular curtains. The roof is in good shape and has been treated every year since purchase in 2007 and there are no leaks anywhere. Carpets are good throughout the camper. There is a well used queen sized hide a bed in the living room and two recliners. Carpets, chairs and sofa have been cleaned last fall. Air conditioner works well. Camper is wired 50 amp. Tires are 10 ply and three years old. Items that go with the camper are as follows. All kitchen items will stay such as silver ware, plates, cups, bowls and pots and pans. You can literally retire to a RESORT and live there full time! Like I said you can own an RV but WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO KEEP IT? storage units charge 150+ a MONTH and Your backyard? REALLY?? Here it remains all SET-UP ready for your visits! NO MOVING IT AROUND, because YOU OWN THE LOT! Many Brits, Canadians, Northern "snow birds" own here for the RV lifestyle without all the towing and GAS! Canadians own far more RV's than we do in the US...why? Because they know the bottom line on travel costs better... DO THE MATH YOURSELF. We have owned this jewel and it is a perfect location...St Augustine FL is just a short drive North, Daytona Beach a short drive EAST....Orlando and all the attractions just to the SOUTH.....Ocala, FL is very close with renowned horse country and shopping, Silver Springs attraction, renowned Medical etc. Convenience store (Dollar General) now "brand new" at entrance to the park property, several fine restaurants and an "outdoor outfitter" for adventure at the main plaza on property! There is also security and park association that you can rely on as well as a national forest spanning FOUR counties! and 383,000 acres. Seems almost forgotten by the people of Florida. It is wilderness and wildlife at it's best even a car ferry to take you across the St John's river if you don't want to take your boat. The Jayco model is rated a DESTINATION "Park Model" which means STD Fridge (Fridgidare) and STD micro and gas range w/oven! Even a washer/ dryer unit! We picked this so we could live in it just like any HOUSE! Not just a weekend or two. Forget the puny RV appliances built to last weekends... This one is just like your HOME even a fireplace with remote control!! And stereo surround sound system factory wired in! Even outside speakers! 20ft Roll out awning...TWO roof air's (trust me the wife appreciated the EXTRA back air in bedroom) This is an Oasis you have to see! More than an RV it's a HOME! AND NO TAXES ON the UNIT itself unless you skirt it or tie-down unit! VERY IMPORTANT! Only the LOT is taxed! However, if you MOVE here becoming a State Resident, you can get State Homestead exemption on this as a whole pkg if you make it your permanent residence! There are so many advantages and pluses you need to consider! (most never think on them but they are important). Other Park Models although nice, cost a premium and are TAXED. WE ARE SELLING DUE TO A Change...in health and a job re-location that puts us in a different place where we can no longer visit the area...
