Excellent condition 1994 Winnebago Warrior 23RC for sale. This class A Winnebago is fully self-contained with bedroom, shower and toilet with door, separate vanity, kitchen, dinette and lounge area at only 23 feet long. The coach has 81,000 miles. The big block Chevy 454 engine is in excellent condition. I told RV mechanics to do everything needed: all NEW tires, new belts, hoses, spark plugs and wires, exhaust system repaired, new fluids. This vehicle is registered in Virginia and has current state inspection. Only two owners, including myself. All appliances work: both roof and dash ACs, generator (4000 watt Onan), refrigerator, 6 gallon hot water heater, central heating system, microwave, new countertops, new sinks and faucets, new Atwood cooktop, carpet removed and replaced with vinyl black-marble-look tiles. The exterior has been painted in metallic bronze. Roof is aluminum, no leaks, and it has been recently coated with elastomeric roof protector. Replaced all roof vents, and skylight this past year. 37 gallon freshwater tank and 37 gallon black and gray water tank. I just returned from a 2,000 mile, one-month summer trip. I enjoyed this coach, but as it is only me as a single person, I am looking to buy something smaller, like a campervan. This is perfect for a couple with a child or two. You really must see it, and I’d be glad to take you on a walk through for serious buyers. The vehicle is located in Lorton, VA at a RV parking facility, and I can schedule appointments. The RV is clean and non-smoking owner with no pets. Please feel free to ask questions about any info that I may have omitted.

1983 original condition motorhome, fiberglass body, Chevy V8, auto with dash air, 32k miles, sleeps 6. I bought it from a charity auction with the idea to make a "get out of town Prepper rig" but health issues forces sale. The best thing about this motorhome is I believe it only had one owner and it's all stock and hasn't been jacked with, so everything is there. It has roof air, Onan generator, water heater, CB, holding tanks and freshwater, refrigerator/freezer, dinette booth, overhead queen bed, 2 twin stacked bunk beds, full kitchen and shower with sink and toilet. I am selling it for my costs in as is condition, it runs as I drove it home to Riverside from Orange. I have not been able to check everything out but I will tell you what I know. This 1993 Winnebago Micro-Mini Warrior 321RB Class C motor home is in great shape, has traveled nearly 95,250 miles and remains ready to roll. Manufactured by Winnebago from 1991 to 1994, the Micro-Mini Warrior was built on a Toyota T100 pickup truck chassis with a 6,000-pound GVWR, 6-lug full-floating dually rear axle and 6-cylinder engine. It was a Consumers Digest Best Buy and has since earned a well-deserved reputation for convenience, excellent gas mileage and long life. I'm selling mine only because I bought a more spacious four-season motor home. I appreciate that you might have reservations buying a twenty year old motor home approaching 100,000 miles, especially if you rely on a seller's description in place of a buyer's assessment. Therefore, I will report this Micro-Mini's condition to you in the way that I would want it described had our roles been reversed. This particular Winnebago/Toyota RV gets over 15 miles per gallon and has been completely reliable during my 4,000 miles of travel in it over the past three years since I bought it from a professional auto mechanic. The RV's Autocheck was clean at that time, and there has been no incident since then to report. The Micro-Mini Warrior's exterior dimensions are 21'5" long bumper to bumper and about 23'6" after adding the rear utility trunk, 7'1" wide and 9'2" high. The ceiling height is 6'2" and drops a couple of inches under the ceiling-mounted air conditioner. The interior is clean and without odor. It has been pet-free and smoker-free at least since I've owned it. The coach comfortably sleeps four adults using the overhead queen-sized bed (52" x 80"), jack-knife couch (40" x 67") and dinette with a drop-down table (36" x 74"). All the cushions are in very good shape. In the cab, the bucket seats are comfortable and the upholstery is in excellent condition, likely a result of having been protected by the included blue seat covers (which are currently folded and resting on the overhead bed in order to display the seats' underlying condition). The dashboard air conditioning is cold. A JVC 200 watt AM/FM/CD/MP3 stereo receiver with removable face plate was installed by the previous owner. All the appliances work flawlessly and appear to be the original equipment, with the exception of a new furnace fan and a new water pump head assembly. The electrically powered appliances include a 7,100 BTU Coleman air conditioner on the roof, rain-sensitive ceiling fan in the bathroom, externally vented exhaust fan in the hood above the stove, after-market refrigerator exhaust fan (which will keep the fridge colder on hot days when being powered by propane), 700 watt Quasar microwave oven, 2 gallon per minute Shurflo water pump, 32 amp Magnetek converter and 9 amp battery charger. The GFI (ground fault interrupter) test button does not depress on the outlet near the kitchen sink, but the outlet and its GFI work, so I did not replace it. Supplied by a 28-pound capacity tank, the propane-powered appliances include a 4-burner Magic Chef stove top, 17,000 BTU Suburban furnace and 4 gallon Atwood hot water heater. The dual powered Dometic fridge/freezer runs on either electricity or propane. The tip of the lever that tightens and loosens the freezer door hinge within the refrigerator is missing but still works perfectly, so I did not replace it. (The outside refrigerator door and the inside freezer door, themselves, are in excellent condition.) There is a fully charged fire extinguisher, hard-wired propane leak detector and battery-powered smoke detector. The 2,500 watt Kohler generator has logged only 250 hours of use and its carburetor was serviced last spring. The deep cycle extra capacity house battery was manufactured in June of last year. There is a surprising amount of storage space, including a large cedar-lined wardrobe closet in the bathroom! All the oak cabinet doors and drawers work well and remain closed when in motion. All the sliding windows work. The latch on the small kitchen window does not lock, but the window always stays closed after being shut. The rails at the bottom of the Venetian blinds hook onto wall brackets to prevent rattling. Some slats in the blinds are slightly bent from catching the window latches. The latch on the screen door that secures it to the main door broke. I repaired it to my satisfaction with wire, so did not replace it. All the interior lights work. The covered roof vent above the overhead bed may be kept open even when in motion. The living area carpet has some wear and the floor underneath feels just a bit soft, but the metal subfloor (directly above the chassis frame) looks to be in perfect condition. The counters and vinyl flooring in the kitchen are in excellent condition. Plumbing fixtures include a double-bowl stainless steel kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet, full-sized interior shower and exterior shower wand. Both shower faucets are new. Some of the original water pipes have been replaced with professional grade water tubing. The plumbing works perfectly with the exception of one small leak at the base of the cold water knob of the bathroom sink which I didn't bother to fix since the knob leaks only when opened, only a trickle and only into the sink. Regarding the exterior, the porch light, all clearance lights, head lights, tail lights and directional signals work. The front clearance lights are new. The fiberglass skin has a small crack of only cosmetic importance adjacent to the propane access door. Elsewhere, the skin was patched in a few spots, none more than a few inches long, by a prior owner. Much of the vinyl detailing has faded and chipped or cracked a bit along the edges. The whitewashed aluminum roof is in excellent shape and was professionally sealed in 2011. There are no known water leaks. I suspect that many years ago a leak in the wall adjacent to the kitchen was repaired. The resulting delamination has been stable during the last three years. More recently, a leak from the overhead front window was professionally repaired and the entire overhead floor professionally replaced last spring. The awning's fabric is in excellent condition. The RV lived in the Southern United States for most of its life, so has rusted much less than would otherwise be expected for a twenty-year old motor home registered in New England. Under the hood, the attached insulation is a bit torn. The V6 EFI (6-cylinder electronic fuel injection) engine appears to work perfectly and passed its emissions test last year with ease. A mechanic who wants to buy this RV noted leakage in the exhaust system (but said the catalytic converter is in good shape) and recommended replacing the distributor. According to Toyota records, the head gasket recall was performed on March 12, 1998 in Louisiana. The automatic transmission with overdrive, ECT (electronic control transmission) power boost and cooler shifts smoothly. The adjustable rear suspension system holds its air, as do the six mounted tires, each of which has about 8/32" of tread remaining. The chassis and coach appear to be well tuned. There is essentially no rattle when driving! The most recent oil, lube and filter replacement was done last spring, after which the motor home was winterized and stored for a year. The starter battery was manufactured in April of this year. This RV is equipped with the following factory-installed options: "power pack" (microwave oven, air conditioner and generator) and TV enhancement package (Winegard retractable roof antenna and signal booster) with all controls, handles and switches mounted inside the coach; vinyl flooring; cab/trim package; exterior shower; and spare tire (stored under the chassis). You may check out the original promotional brochure here: http://www.winnebagoind.com/products/previous-models/1993/pdfs/winnebago/93-MicroMiniWarrior-bro.pdf This camper also has three seat belts on the couch and one on the rear-facing bench seat installed by a coach modification shop, in addition to the factory-installed seat belt on the forward-facing bench seat, for a passenger capacity of seven (including the driver). This RV is also equipped with a Carefree Freedom II 9'10" (3 meter) long awning, an extra antenna (likely for a CB two-way radio), chrome wheel inserts, inner dually wheel valve extenders and a water hose inlet port for flushing the black water holding tank. I could not get an after-market 110 volt heating element installed in the hot water tank to work (but the propane water heater works perfectly). Modifications and additions in the rear of the RV include a ladder and roof rack, two stabilizer jacks and a lockable utility trunk mounted on a heavy-duty tubular steel bumper in which the sewer hose and two wooden boards (to place on the ground under the stabilizer jacks) are stored. I'm including a 19 inch high definition LED backlit LCD digital television with built-in DVD player that sits nicely on the fridge top counter when camped and a coaxial cable to attach it to the roof antenna jack or cable television jack. There are also four interior privacy screens to cover the cab's windshield and two side windows. I'm also throwing in a white plastic cutting board, white and clear plastic sliding storage drawer and blue plastic multi-compartment utility pail because they fit perfectly over the microwave oven, in an under bench storage cabinet and between the bucket seats, respectively. The owner's manuals for the motor home and all appliances are included, as well as receipts for many of the services performed over the years. In case you are wondering, this RV does not have a hitch receiver. The head mechanic at a Winnebago dealership and the owner of a chassis modification shop both cautioned me against adding one. The chassis frame ends well before the tail of the camper, so doing it right would have been prohibitively heavy and expensive. As you might have gathered by now, I know this motor home well and have critically described its condition, including most of what makes this camper great and all that makes it imperfect about which I am aware, be it past, present or possible. If you want an expensive pre-owned RV pretty enough to enter a vintage auto show or a cheap RV with who knows what's wrong with it, then look elsewhere. If you want a motor home legendary for its reliability in decent cosmetic condition that has been well-maintained under the hood, on the roof and under the ceiling, then look here. Although I am selling this vehicle without a warranty, express or implied, I expect this Winnebago Toyota Micro-Mini Warrior to provide many more years of reliable transportation and comfortable shelter. I will welcome your inspection and test drive of the vehicle. The latter may be performed legally on public roads as it is registered and insured. I will answer honestly and discuss fully any question or concern that you might have, whether in person or via email. I have the Certificate of Title in hand, which I will sign over to you after receiving a $2,000 deposit via PayPal within 2 days followed by receipt of the balance via bank wire, cashier's check, money order or cash within 7 days of your commitment to purchase my RV. I will cooperate with any shipping service that you might hire at your expense. Because this RV is now over 20 years old, it may be re-registered in Connecticut as a "Classic Vehicle" with an appraisal of only $500 for the purpose of calculating annual property tax. If you live in another state that taxes motor vehicles as property, you might be eligible for a similar benefit of ownership. If you become the new owner of this classic Winnebago Toyota Micro-Mini Warrior motor home, you are likely to be one very happy camper! Thanks for taking a look. 1992 Toyota Winnebago Warrior V-6, Automatic, 14 MPG 101900 Original Low Miles! The Winnebago Warrior runs and handles well! GOOD OVERALL Condition Inside and Out! 1992 Toyota Winnebago Warrior motorhome (they stopped making them in ‘94) that is in good used condition, with some flaws. Along the line of Toyota RV’s, the Warrior is considered to be the top of the line in luxury motorhomes due to the superior due to the superior construction, quality and versatility. Winnebago, manufacturer of quality RV’s, recognized the need of people who wanted to experience “RVing” without buying a bus sized vehicle, yet the comfort of a fully self–contained motorhome. The Warrior, measuring 23’ from bumper to bumper, is large enough for comfort yet will fit nicely into most spots. Powered by a Toyota RE fuel injected, V6 engine on a true one-ton chassis, it gets good gas mileage and easy to maintain. The Toyota V6 engine has plenty of power to pass and pull the hills and cruises nicely on the highway at 60-65 mph. The Warrior is equipped with an ECT (electronically controlled transmission) that allows you, with a push of a button, to have more power when driving in the mountains and is also equipped with the overdrive option. The inside is well planned for room and comfort, utilizing each and every inch of space and, having large windows, it is bright and very roomy inside. In the front of the toyota, the RV has two seats in the cab, which also features A/C, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, a removable AM/FM Stereo and easy access to the rear of the coach without having to get out of the RV. Above the cab you can either use for storage or use as a full size bed. In the coach area is a full sized sofa that turns into a bed and could sleep two adults. Opposite the couch is a dinette area. Under the dinette seating is ample storage. The RV upholstery is in good condition with no rips, tears but some wear showing. Above the living room area are more storage compartments. Beyond the living room area, is a compact “galley” with a four burner range with exhaust fan and light, and a double stainless steel sink. Located below is a microwave oven. Across from the range is a refrigerator with a freezer and runs on gas or electric. At the rear of the coach is the bathroom, with a shower, toilet, sink, cabinet and wardrobe/closet for extra storage. The bathroom has a sliding door for privacy. There is a generator onboard, the motor runs but the generator does not put out power. The RV is equipped with a deep cycle marine battery that runs all of the coach lights, water pump, furnace and fans. However, when plug-in’s are available, it has full hook up capacity with a built in power converter. So, you can park wherever you want without the need to plug in, and still have everything needed for comfort. It also comes with an outside shower feature. This is a 1992 Toyota motorhome with only 101900 original miles. Overall this motorhome is good condition for its age. The deep cycle coach battery is fairly new. The cab A/C blows ice cold air. The engine starts easily. The transmission shifts smoothly like it should. The engine doesn’t burn any oil, it rides very smooth. The Warrior has newer front tires with lots of tread remaining on the rears. However, please keep in mind that you are bidding on a used RV, not a brand new motorhome, so expect some normal wear and usage. The paint is in good condition with some fading. The roof does not leak, it also has Roof A/C that blows cold. The carpet is in ok condition with some staining. EFI 3.0 V-6 Fuel-Injected Toyota Engine w/ Overdrive Automatic Transmission w/ ECT Power Button Dash & Roof A/C Tilt Wheel w/Power Steering 1 Ton Chassis (6 lug nuts) Power Brakes Power Steering 17 Gallon Fuel Tank Galley Four Burner Range Range Hood Cover w/Fan & Light 2-way LPG Gas/Electric Refrigerator & Freezer Stainless Steel Double Sink Mini-Blinds Throughout Fire Extinguisher Self-Containment Fresh Water (19 gal) Grey/Black Water (15 gal) Holding Tanks 13,500 BTU Forced Air Furnace w/ Thermostat Dual Batteries Hot Water Heater Systems Monitor Panel Demand Water Pump Marine Flush Toilet Fairly New Deep Cycle Marine Battery Domestic Water hook Ups Interior Height 74“ Exterior Height 8’ 9” Now for the cons: there is a surface gash in the passenger rear, not deep it has been sealed as shown in the pics. The fridge works great on electric but I have not been able to get it lit on gas. I honestly do not know how to start the water heater, I can not verify if it works or not it appears to be in good condition. Minor water damage at bottom of shower as shown in the pics (from shower) Motor runs well with plenty of power and transmission shifts smooth but there is an minor exhaust leak, either manifold of donut gasket and a weap on the drivers side valve cover.Personal notes: Currently my wife and I are the only rv owners within our large family circle. This is my first rv, my family and I have traveled over 1200 fun filled miles since purchasing, however my daughter and friends have traveled with us making the mighty winnie a bit cramped since we only intended to travel with 3 instead of 5. The popularity of the toyota has grown as we have traveled to other relatives houses in different cities with even greater numbers making reservations to travel with us. I personally thought I might be able to tow my 3 jet skis on extended trips but given the weight of my trailer I feel I would push the winnie in excess of it's mechanical limits, I searched for this highly sought after Toyota for 9 months and it has met or surpassed my expectations in many ways. I am a very handy guy, I feel with little investment and some elbow grease this Rv can achieve the value of some of the higher priced Toyota's on here at a fraction of the cost. With this said, I am currently in the market for a bigger gas guzzler with a roof rack for the mother-in-law. If you have any questions, please email me before the auctions ends. The title is free, clear and in my name. Please read and agree to all of the terms prior to bidding. Terms of Sale: Winning bidder must contact me after the auction ends and make arrangements for remaining payment at that time. A $200.00, non-refundable, deposit via Pay Pal is due within (24) hours of Auctions end. The remaining balance is due within (9) days of Auctions end. Please be aware that it takes a few days to set up your Pay Pal account, so please do this ahead of time. I will except cash on remaining payment in person. If the deposit is not paid within (24) hours of auctions end, I reserve the right to re-list the RV, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. I am a private party seller, not a dealer, so please arrange financing prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, I will help coordinate this after my normal work hours. If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. If you cannot agree to all of the Terms of Sale, I would ask you to please not bid. SOLD AS IS – NO WARRANTY This RV is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty, expressed or implied. You complete the picture. It's nice to have a vehicle that lets you get away so easily. With the Warrior, a weekend is a snap to pack, and in a few minutes you're headed for places unknown. It feels good behind the wheel thanks to the aggressive fuel-injected V6 that delivers the kind of power people appreciate on back roads. And its size makes driving ideal; even before you get out of town, you'll like how easily it slips into the grocery store parking space. That's not to say it doesn't feel roomy on the interior. You'll notice the comfort as soon as you step inside. Plus, should you ever outgrow it, you'll appreciate the fact that a Warrior hs the highest resale value of ANY RV out on the road!We have known this particular RV since it was new. It belonged to the mother of a friend of my dad who kept it under a carport when she wasn't traveling to the coast to visit her daughter. It's literally almost new both inside and out. She kept large comforters on the couch & dinette as well has heavy plastic matting on the floor that has kept the interior immaculate. Of course, with only 23k actual miles, it's not even broken-in yet! These '94 model Toyota-based RVs are extremely hard to find especially ones that include a generator and are fully self-contained with holding tanks, shower, etc. Speaking of the gen, the 2.5kw Kohler only has 1.5 hours! We just went through it cleaned the carb, installed new filters, and performed a full tuneup so it's in perfect operating condition. Even the dash a/c on this RV works great which that alone should tell you how well-kept this RV really is!

An almost unbelievably nice example of the ever popular Toyota Mini Motor Home. It is easy to see this unit has been lovingly and meticulously maintained. Only owners who take a lot of pride in what they own keep a unit in the condition this Toyota is in. Is it brand new? Absolutely not.....in fact it is 20 years young. Is it in perfect condition? No , and I don't want anyone to think I am trying to make them believe it is. But I think the condition of this unit is pretty apparent in the photos. And if I don't have space for all the photos' you need to see I will be glad to send what you want directly to your email upon request. I know I will forget something so I am sure you can expect revisions as questions are asked. I will answer any questions honestly and quickly as they are asked. This Toyota will not be for the average person looking for a Toyota Motorhome........ but it is the one that certain people look near and far to find........ and unlike most of them that turn out to be not what they are supposed to be when you actually see them, this RV will not disappoint !! Now for the description as follows: As stated....... 1994 The final year for the Toyota Mini Motorhome Low miles as 79k on this unit is considered low. It has the 3.0 Engine ! They are powerful yet get good gas economy for an RV. And no I am not going to tell you they get 23 in the city and 28 on the road as I have just seen stated. Speaking from personal experience and having owned several of these in the past, it has been my experience these units typically get around 10/12 and when on open highways you will generally get 12/15 maybe a bit better with a tailwind. I don't see the need in being less than truthful about these things knowing full well at the end of the first tank full you would be thinking of me in less than affectionate terms! It is what it is and actually thats not bad mileage considering you are pulling a small house. It also has the automatic transmission with overdrive. As you can see in the dash pictures there is a button that depicts ECT. For those who don't know that is Electronically Controlled Transmission. This function is available for immediate power increase as needed in passing ( Yes I have actually passed many vehicles in these) and for hill climbing and is a great asset. Thee engine and transmission are dry, clean and perform flawlessly as you would expect. The timing belt was changed 10k back at 69k as it should have been according to manufacturer instructions. All six tires are as new with 6k on them and zero weathering or dryrot. I installed brand new stainless wheelcovers all around to make her as pretty as she deserves to be! Of course it has the heavy duty one ton rearend. Engine bay is clean and oil free. No rust anywhere. Exhaust system is in good condition and quite as it should be! Brakes will stop on a dime and work as they should. All mechanical systems are good to go!! Truck body and house body are both in excellent condition. Paint is in excellent condition. All glass good. The roof has the original sealing on it from the factory and looks like it was done last week. Previous owner owned this unit 6 years and I don't know the history before that. I installed new rain covers on the roof vents so they can be left open for ventilation when raining. I installed a new High Definition Antenna (The Jack) so you can get high def channels on the brand new flat screen TV pretty much anywhere you happen to be. The awning is in excellent condition as seen in pictures. As you can see in the pictures this unit has the flat fiberglass FRP sides which is much preferable to the ribbed siding. (And much nicer looking in my humble opinion) If you can tell in the pictures the unit shines like new money and while it looks wet I assure you that is the permanent gloss !! Just a gorgeous unit !! I know I am writing way too much so will try to do better on the inside. It is as nice as the outside. I replaced all the ceiling lights with new ones. Original lights were fine just yellowed. Sleeper jack knife sofa, sleeper breakfast booth, full bed top side, all new bedding. Fridge is cold, freezer is colder (9 degrees when I checked earlier)Gas/Electric 2 way. Stove works great, Microwave works great, water heater works great, etc, etc, etc,,,,,,,,everything works great!!! Roof air is cold, dash air is cold !! Upholstery in the cab and in the house is in excellent condition!! Full bathroom, cedar closet one wall to keep the pests out. Full shower, also outside shower. All lights work as they should! All plumbing, all electrical great condition! The one thing on this RV that does have a problem is the generator. It is an Onan 3k. The previous owner told me it needs a voltage regulator. All I have done is squirt gas in the carb and it starts right up and makes power but won't keep running so after reading the trouble shooting guide the regulator is probably right. It does run good when running so I do believe it is not anything too distressing. This vehicle is for sale locally and listing may be withdrawn at any time. Also as with any 20 year old vehicle there are no warranties either expressed nor implied. On May-09-14 at 06:57:58 PDT, seller added the following information: One thing I meant to mention here that is extremely important to buyers of Motorhomes.......... This Toyota has absolutely NO WATER DAMAGE AND HAS NEVER HAD ANY !!!!!! Another thing to mention is that the fridge works perfectly on BOTH gas and electric. The water heater lights FIRST time! Furnace lights first time!! All burners including the oven which looks as if it has never been used all work perfectly!!! Again if you are looking for the best of the best I believe you will find none better! Just saying 'In my humble opinion!!
