Just in time for summer! Only 9,000 miles on the odometer and ready for the open road. This unit comes prepared to travel with all six tires recently replaced with Firestone Transforce HT tires (less than 4K miles on them), the Ford E-450 V-10 6.8L Super Duty engine recently serviced with a clean bill of health, all batteries in excellent condition, slide-outs all operating perfectly, all original equipment functioning as designed. This unit is ready to work for you!Also added to this unit is a Primus Tekonsha proportional braking system, an automatic transfer switch which will automatically adjust shore power with generator power, and a Progressive Industries electrical management surge protector (Model: EMS-LCHW 30). The Onan Microquite 4KW generator is fully operational with only 77 hours on the unit. This unit sleeps 8 people with cab over sleeping, fold down couch and dining area, with rear queen slide out (complete with memory foam topper). Recently installed was a brand new Contoure microwave beneath the three burner stove. Purchased in 2009 with 11,000 miles. We don't get to travel like we hoped, looking for a good home. Currently stays in storage, not exposed to outside elements, very clean. Tires in great condition, Onan Microquiet 4000 generator, runs good. Kitchenette has microwave/convection oven, mid-size refrigerator. Full size shower, with 1/2 bath attached. Queen size bed, with storage. Small closet with small vanity attached. 2 10" in TVs, with booster antennae. Lots of storage throughout. Sofa and dining area fold out to full size sleeping (the sofa bed so VERY comfortable). Upper Carriage sleeping area also. Very Clean inside and out!

This coach is low mileage and was originally custom ordered by two individuals who were trying the RV life. They enjoyed it and upgraded to become full-time RVers.
