Can be used as a second vehicle. This is a well built Itasca. This company has been building quality units for years and the coachs are built to last. This unit is built on the strong VW chassis and is powered by the powerful V6 motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. I would drive this coach anywhere. Very nice appearing coach inside and out. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. The VW V6 motor starts right up and has plenty of power. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime. Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards. In summary, look at the posted book values (no options at all included) and you will see we have this unit priced to sell. Only one person can take us up on our offer... hopefully it can be you! Call us! Our main # is 210 520 9500. (if no answer try 830 743 6147) another option is to email us your phone # and we will call you (lots of people on our lots we are helping and many phone calls but we value each and every call so please call us anytime again if no answer or if calling after hours please email us your phone # and an after hours saleman will call you if at all possible!!) Thank you. We sell appx. 25% of our inventory to our Canadian neighbors... familiar with procedure, able to do our part. Most of our ads have over 60 pictures including inside, outside, etc. Depending on your computer, you might need to give ad a little time to completely load. Clicking on a picture will enlarge it for you. We are a land based Licensed Bonded dealer for your protection and peace of mind. Our dealership/storage business has been at the same physical location for over 17 years. We are currently and have been in the San Antonio yellow page book as well as same banking institution for all of these 17 years. If you buy from us or from another internet seller please look for similar qualities. Avoid dealing with individuals that are not licensed/bonded and that do not have land based location that you can verify. The mentioned book values we post include No options at all. Most units we list have several 1000s of dollars worth of options and upgrades. Many of our listings can possibly include a Free Delivery (complete or portion) to you and or Free Storage** call for details of qualification (this can be an additional value of 1000s of dollars). We take virtually anything in on trade (give us a call you may be suprised). Now lets talk about this low mile unit! (We tried to cover all the options this RV has to offer, but there is much more we can tell you... call Rodney for more details and he can even do a walk through the coach while on the phone with you to personally answer any questions you might have)... also ask him about possible free delivery and or storage! If youd like more pictures and info. on this unit, send us an email requesting our web address. At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. For RV's please note that motorized RV's are built on chassis's that are purchased typically the end of the year prior. RV's are typically titled when the RV's mfg. process is complete (usually the next year). Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior). Example: Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000. Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001. The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner. Typically when vin's are ran through Carfax they are bringing up what the chassis is which makes since because the vin is on the chassis. To help with this we so our best to take pictures of inc. chassis stickers, and motorhome weight spec. sheets to help. This is not always the case!! Some coach's chassis are built Jan 2001 and completed Sept. 2001 but this is rare. Auto check and Carfax list RVs sold at auctions as "fleet" vehicle which is their terminology as in large vehicle... if you see listed as fleet it does not mean rental. TermsNotice to Bidders: I am a seller that sells a lot on E-bay. I love motorhomes, rv's, motorcycle, racecars, etc. and I am very knowledgable of all; however, this does not mean I am a certified motorcycle specialist, a chief mechanic of a race team, a certified R.V. Technician, an authority of antiques or any other sort of “expert”. I am an honest person that is able to look at and describe items accurately. I do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict the future or know of things I cannot see. My wish is every unit I sell drives around the world with no problems at all, but in the real world that is not how it is. Mechanical things break eventually and units require maintenance. Please realize you are buying used and expect to spend some money on your unit to bring it or keep it up to your standards. Have the LP company that fills your tank safety check your system on any used rv you buy from any company, most will do this for free. I picture and list the items I sell for my self and others as accurately and honestly as possible. If you would like a “professional” or “expert” to inspect the unit I am listing you are free to do so before bidding, call us for help with making arrangements. These units are listed “as-is” with “no warranties” unless listed differently.Payment Types:C.O.D., Certified FundsFees: DepositWe require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. Taxes: TEXAS WINNING BIDDERS: We will collect all taxes, title and lic. fees which is to include the $50 document fee. OUT OF STATE WINNING BIDDERS: If you live in a state other than Texas, we will only collect the $50 document fee and the .0025592% inventory tax which is only $2.56 per $1000.Terms: Auction PoliciesCustomers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. Types of auctions: No Reserve means the high bidder at the end of the auction wins the item. Buy it now means you can buy the item for the price listed by clicking the buy it now. Buy it now or best offer means you can buy it immediately by clicking buy it now or you can make a reasonable offer that I will have up to 48 hours to accept or counter. I usually will contact you before accepting the offer and I can accept the offer immediately if I desire.Buyer PickupA representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements. After payment is received the winning bidder of this unit can store it with me at no charge for up to 30 days. If more time is needed please check with me before bidding. We are located approx.10 miles from the San Antonio International airport. We will be happy to pick you up at the airport or pay a taxi to bring you to us if we are short handed.P.S. I make my living selling big ticket items on e-bay. I have positive feedback because I am honest. I list everything I know about everything I sell, good or bad. Remember I make my living doing this. If you need to check into things before you can own this please do so BEFORE YOU BID. If you bid on this item and win it, be prepared to pay for it. Check into your finances, where you will park it, if your loved one likes it, how far you are willing to drive it, plane ticket prices, etc BEFORE YOU BID. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We are willing to sell world wide however; buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and must know import export rules before bidding. Also we need to talk to you prior to bidding, please email or call. Only reasoable payment method for international buyers is via bank transfer. We are willing to accept international Certified checks; however, US bank / international bank communication slow, we are willing to wait in most cases if you are. Quickest easiest way for both parties is transfer.ATTENTION ALL WINNING BIDDERS:TALK TO US BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. LETS MAKE SURE WE ARE ON THE SAME PAGE!I have done my very best to describe this unit to you as accurately as possible. My intent with my listings is to mention, describe and picture everything negative. Take a good look at my listing and compare it to others. It is obvious I spend a lot of time and I take great care. I check and double check all major systems including the a/cs, fridge, lights, faucets, generators, mechanical condition, etc. If I were buying this unit I would need to know about the major systems. My goal is to make the unit sound worse than it really is. Most of my customers think the units they pick up are in better condition than they expected. No matter how hard I try there is a chance I will overlook something (positive or negative). The few things I have overlooked in the past were small problems like a sticky latch on a basement compartment, a dirty basement compartment, a window latch that did not work, an electrical plug that did not work, etc. On the other hand, one unit I sold had a brand new washer/dryer combo that was added in one of the pantries, that I overlooked! Please consider the age of this unit and realize the possibility of small repairs. Please bid accordingly. Please do not expect perfection. Please also keep in mind that digital photography has come a long way! Ususally the pictures of the units look better than they do in person (especially exterior). Fading and imperfect striping does not show up well in pictures. Please do not expect new. Consider the age of the unit you are bidding on and realize it is used and not perfect. Even brand new units are not perfect and they cost a lot more. Please do not assume. If you do not see a picture of something please call or email to check status. If you win this unit, you and I (or an associate) will personally inspect this unit together to check our accuracy. We will demo all systems for you and show you how they work if you are not familiar with. You will not leave our lot unhappy. If there is a problem we will make it right one the spot. Once you are satisified your unit is as described we will then complete the transactions paperwork as well as on-line. I do require that we both leave feedback at the time of delivery as a part of the delivery process. You will then be on your way home in you new RV!Keep in mind I have a Texas dealers license and I am bonded for your protection (I would not buy a vehicle from anyone on the internet that is not). This protects you as a buyer as well as enables me to provide you with a temporary license plate that is good for 21 business days (appx. 30 days). My policies are clearly listed in my ad. If you agree with my policies feel free to bid. If you disagree with my policies call us before bidding. Transport We know of many professional drivers. Most are experienced retired over the road long haul truck drivers. Sometimes if we are paid are asking price we pay these drivers to drive the units to the buyers at our expense (labor and fuel). Otherwise, we will help you find the best possible deal on the best driver available. About Us My wife and I have owned and operated one of the largest Boat and R.V. storage facilities in San Antonio for over 17 years. As a result we have the opportunity to acquire great deals from our storage tenants and people we have met in the R.V. business through the years to offer to the E-bay community. NONE of the units we offer are storage repo’s or storage lien items. Mark Adamopoulos (800) 318-5241 1200 brickell avenue suite 1950 Miami Florida 33139 ? ? ? ? Message "Largest Online Auction Over 200,000 Vehicles" Public Auto Auctions Bid Live! No License Required 99 WINNEBAGO ITASCA SUNCRUISER FOR SALE Description 1999 WINNEBAGO ITASCA SUNCRUISER FOR SALE REPAIRABLE LIGHT SIDE DAMAGE BUY NOW ONLY $12500 Please take a moment to read our description this vehicle is located in Kansas City whereyou will need to make arrangements to pick it up from, we had it listed wrong because ourebay account was compromised last week and everything has now been secured. We cannotsell this vehicle for only $5000 so please do not waste your time or ours, this vehicle is beingsold on a 5 day auction, to the first serious buyer. We are currently collecting storage on this vehicle at the Insurance Company holding facility where these images were taken, we are a direct Auto Insurance Auction Source for the general public to be able to bid, buy and pick updirectly from these auctions, holding facilities and Salvage Pools. We have partnered up with Ebay to remarket our vehicles on their countless affiliate sites and trusted network. Why pay retail? HMMMMMM Why go to a dealership who has to pay high rent and inflate prices? Dealerscannot even get their hands on deals like this, we are a volume and fee based company, some vehicles we need to make a larger margin than others in order to maintain our insurance contracts,we stand behind our vehicles, if our customers go to pick up a vehicle and are totally unhappy with it we work with them to acquire another one, we advise them to leave the vehicle there, do not take it home then complain, we do not physically see these vehicles, we do not inspect all of our vehicles as a conventional car dealer would. There is no shortage of inventory but there are shortagesof great buys and this happens to be the best buy in its class. I almost feel like going to pick this up and park it in my driveway so I have somehwere to sleep every time I fight with my girlfriend, probably have a piece of mind. The details on this beauty are below, lets no sleep behind the wheel on this one. WHEN WINNEBAGO INDUSTRIES INTRODUCED ITS 1999 ITASCA SUNCRUISER,the company was proud to announce that this coach “is one of the most user-friendlymotorhomes in the market today.” After all, a coach with a base price of $96,587 and a retail sticker that tops six digits with all the goodies installed should have something to brag about. This claim was reinforced in depth during our road test of a Suncruiser 35U model, which features slideouts in both the living room and bedroom areas. What the company has achieved with its redesign on this basement-style widebody model is one of the most thoroughly usable coaches we’ve ever had the occasion of reviewing. While the retail sticker puts this high-end gasser near the entry-level price point of lower-cost diesel pushers, the reward you get for this kind of investment may be one of the nicest gas-powered motorhomes in the industry today, with a long list of standard equipment that’s usually optional in similar-size coaches. Features like the new residential-style air-conditioning system, HWH hydraulic leveling jacks and a 5-kW AC generator, along with a few optional amenities (a Sony rearview video system, a patio awning and a 130-watt inverter) boosted the final retail price to $101,550. Moving aboard the Suncruiser for a road trip is efficiently accomplished due to its easily accessible and generous basement storage bays, which can hold more than 88 cubic feet of cargo. Furthermore, the unit’s 2,820-pound payload capacity will allow users to pack a literal ton of travel gear and other treasures, both inside and out, before exceeding its 20,500-pound gross vehicle weight rating (gvwr). Clambering around the coach for our first walk-through, we noticed several features that really grabbed our attention, as well as approval. First of all, the air-conditioner modules on the rooftop have been ditched in favor of a below-floor, centrally located system called TrueAir. Not only does this setup impart a more streamlined profile to the roof and eliminate exterior air-conditioning condensation, but it also provides optimal cooling effectiveness in all interior zones, which we experienced first-hand. We were also taken with the interior quiet under both cooling and heating cycles, although the furnace was a little more noticeable during nighttime operation. Interior decor treatments are smart-looking and“usable-stylish”without being overblown or glitzy. The test coach featured Winnebago’stasteful Castleton decor package: upholstery and other cloth coverings in shades of softbeige with dusty-rose overtones. Light sage-green carpeting predominates throughout the coach except in the bathroom and galley. In the galley, easily cleaned wood-grain vinyl is employed as a floor covering that can admirably suffer the many insults of everyday use. Patterned vinyl is also laid down in the bathroom. Most of the motorhome’s windows are dual thermal-pane panels, which are designed to contribute significantly to internal climate control. Window coverings throughout are pleated cloth day/night varieties with one-touch handles for uncomplicated, over-the-shoulder adjustments. Accessing the motorhome’s main curbside door — once we figured out how to operate its glitchy door-latch mechanism — or its additional streetside driver’s entrance is made most convenient as well as decidedly safer by the installation of prominent vertical assist handles, which can be used intuitively while entering or exiting the coach. These unassuming devices may seem like insignificant features in themselves, but they are representative of a plethora of thoughtful convenience and safety appointments that have been included on this line. During our test outing, the Suncruiser was an exceptional home base from which to explore a number of popular West Coast destinations. After tramping around lakeside trails on our first day, we found the expansive living and dining area of the coach to be super for relaxing, refueling our growling stomachs and catching up on some reading. Roominess in this zone is provided by a 30-inch-deep front slideout room, which houses both a 76-inch sofa bed and a dinette that makes up for sleeping, should the need arise. Besides the sofa, a curbside swivel recliner makes this area an ideal location for watching movies or listening to the AM/FM stereo after a hard day in the fresh air. Operating the 25-inch television and VCR, which are ensconced in forward overhead cabinets, we languorously whiled away several evenings watching favorite videos that we’d brought from home. The Suncruiser also contains a complete midcoach galley with a stylishly angled main counter cabinet as its centerpiece. Appointments here include a large overhead microwave, a stovetop with fold-down work top and a conventional oven. With appliances like these, it was easy to create meals of considerable depth and complexity. Furthermore, there is plenty of overhead and undersink cabinet space and another favorite must-have: a very handy pull-out pantry for storing food, smaller utensils and other sundries. With dual stainless-steel sinks, solid counter surfaces, including sink and stove covers, and a combined usable work space of approximately 14 square feet, we lacked nothing during our trip when it came to fixing meals as tasty as we those we prepare at home. And not to be overlooked, the streetside dinette alcove provides enjoyment of one’s culinary labors in relative comfort and contentment. In enough space for four adults, the two of us had plenty of room to heap the commodious 42×30-inch table with delicacies and ply ourselves with a repast fit for royalty. Another high point of this model is its spacious rear-bedroom slideout that includes the 45x68x24-inch wardrobe closet. Combined with a streetside bathroom that opens into this area, the rear of the coach transforms into a bountiful bedroom suite, complete with a vanity table that can double as a small office desk. The 60×80-inch queen-size bed in this model is situated side-to-side, which allows considerable floor space for dressing and bed-making. Our stay aboard this motorhome was even more civilized and enjoyable because of the ability to shower and clean up in its roomy bathroom. Besides abundant “wing room” in the 24×39-inch shower with its 79-inch stand-up height, the facility also contains a washstand, which, at 34 inches, is an excellent height for effortless shaving and make-up artistry. Trekking along winding rural backroads proved to be an excellent course for testing the Suncruiser. Even with its 17,680-pound wet weight, the coach has plenty of pep, as well as very good balance and handling. One road, for example, had narrow shoulders or none, occasional potholes, frequent tight turns and several one-lane bridges. Surprisingly, this serpentine trace proved to be little challenge for the easily maneuvered coach. Even though this byway was probably designed for horse-and-buggy or Model-T traffic, the big Suncruiser crawled along the narrow road with adequate clearance and the surefootedness and predictability to keep even the most skittish of drivers from getting anxious. Despite the Saturn dinghy in tow, the coach accelerates admirably from stoplights and likewise when entering freeway onramps. Sorting things out in zippy and often hectic highway traffic, one is reminded again and again of the motorhome’s nimble and positive steering, due predominantly to its brutish Ford Super Duty chassis componentry and 81-inch front tread width. The Suncruiser’s road manners were especially appreciated when we ran into gusting 30- to 50-mph winds. Despite the pummeling we took, along with navigating a narrow tunnel and encroaching 18-wheelers, we maintained our lane position with minimal heartburn. Also contributing to the motorhome’s substantial performance is a 275-hp Triton V-10 engine, which doles out 410 lb-ft of torque without breaking a sweat. With this type of knockout punch, we had no problems pulling steep inclines, such as a 6 percent grade, with the dinghy in tow at 49 mph and 4,500 rpm in second gear. We clicked off several 0-60 acceleration dashes averaging 29.06 seconds with 40-60 increments of 17 seconds. Although power and acceleration are vital performance factors, the whoa side of things is likewise significant. Notwithstanding the rear weight of the Saturn, we noted engine compression holdback on a 7 percent downhill grade of 51 mph at 4,500 rpm in second gear. A significant factor in overall pilot/navigator driving comfort is the special attention that Winnebago has devoted to creating an ergonomically efficient and user-friendly cab environment. There’s an expansive forward view of the highway through the coach’s massive wraparound windshield, which also grants excellent peripheral views. Both forward captain’s chairs cradle passengers in noticeable comfort, which does not diminish as the time and miles pass. Furthermore, the driver’s seat has a six-way power assist for readjusting one’s bustle with the flick of a switch when a given position becomes tiring. Both forward captain’s chairs cradle passengers in noticeable comfort, which does not diminish as the time and miles pass. Furthermore, the driver’s seat has a six-way power assist for readjusting one’s bustle with the flick of a switch when a given position becomes tiring. Even when accelerating, we found the noise-damping qualities built into the cab allowed a quieter interior than some of the other gas motorhomes we have recently encountered. Combined with a sweeping dash platform that has been deftly sculpted and appointed with easily readable gauges and electronics, such as a Sony rearview monitor with audio, we discovered that operating the Suncruiser over a diverse and thoroughly challenging test route was a real pleasure. About the only issue that arose for comment relative to engine performance is its insatiable appetite for hydrocarbons, which resulted in fuel consumption averaging 5.6 mpg. Considering the motorhome’s 17,680-pound wet weight, plus 3,375 pounds for the Saturn, it seems that this is a trade-off which must be accepted in a gas-powered motorhome of this size. Beginning with the coach’s subfloor and main floor, an assortment of aluminum and steel frame material is used. Lower support outriggers and substructure components are welded to Ford’s chassis using a laser alignment system, which assures that everything is square. Above deck, the coach’s entire forward-cab structure is framed in steel tube and C-channel for added strength. Subfloor storage compartments and holding tanks are heated and insulated with polystyrene block foam. The upper 1-1/8-inch floorboard is a composite of plywood backed by more polystyrene. Side-wall assemblies are pressure-rolled and thermally bonded for both strength and flexibility. Materials utilized here include an exterior skin of lauan-backed fiberglass sheet, which is reinforced with an aluminum framework. Polystyrene insulation fills inner wall cavities; decorative lauan paneling serves as interior-facing wall surfaces. Slideout mechanisms used in the Suncruiser are provided by HWH and employ hydraulic-actuated rams to move room modules in and out. Interior floor surfaces around the slides have been built to give the impression of flat-floor technology, which renders little or no deviation between main floor and slideout-room surfaces. Topping things off is a curved 3-1/4-inch-thick roof that is capped by a single sheet of fiberglass. The roof assembly is supported from within by more welded aluminum tube and entirely filled with polystyrene insulation, minus space for air-conditioning ductwork. Facing inward is a fabric-upholstered ceiling for improved interior sound damping. As a final element in tying everything together, the side walls are interlocked with the roof joints. This provides added strength and substantial load-bearing potential. Itasca’s Suncruiser 35U is a well-thought-out coach for all seasons that can be enjoyed by all types of users. With a dynamite floorplan, robust and easily maneuverable chassis and decor elements befitting its high-end price tag, there is really nothing conceivable that hasn’t been added to this motorhome in the way of quality appointments and optional equipment. For long-term living, extensive road trips or just a weekend at a special event, the Suncruiser should satisfy even the most demanding needs. Winnebago Industries, P.O. 1992 Toyota Tacoma Itasca Spirit RV Motorhome by Winnebago, only 66k Miles, Portable Generator, Solar Package As another gentleman on Ebay so eloquently put it in his ad, let's get started with the details. MPG is about 14-18 on most highways. She has Smooth Fiberglass, not corrugated siding, which means NO LEAKS and EASY cleaning and waxing. It's a very nice RV that has ALL the things a bigger motor home has to offer. Hard wood OAK CABINETS, a 4 burner stove, OVEN, 2 way propane/electric refrigerator, 17,000 btu Furnace, toilet, shower, HUGE closet, dining table (converts to bed), etc. Sleeps 6 with a fold out full sized jacknife couch. Upholstery in both coach and cab is in Excellent condition as it's always been meticulously kept clean, no rips or tears. The generator is handy and it's brand new. I bought it to complement the Solar, but you'll never have a need for it. Completely off the grid living and traveling with both for sure. All coach lights, TV, iPad, Android, Cell Phone, Tablet run off solar. No reason to stay at RV parks. Park at Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, use Solar/battery storage or run the Generator if you run low on power. Never did! Park in front of Starbucks to get free WiFi, and watch unlimited Netflix, Hulu, etc. Or if you have unlimited data cell plan, stream Netflix from your phone to the Vizio "Smart" LED TV using the free Hotspot feature built-in to all phones, and tablets, watch it on your TV anywhere you choose to park, even without the generator on...just using Solar!! Charge your electronics on Solar power!! Earned the "CONSUMER'S DIGEST BEST BUY"! Here's a link to the original brochure...have a look: winnebagoind.com/resources/brochure/1992/92-Spirit-bro.pdf The floor plan has the queen SOFA bed plus the dinette, not the shorter model. She's 21' long which allows you to park in any "car" parking space. It has the smooth and powerful V6 Automatic, with Cruise Control and an Electronically Controlled Transmission, ECT, and Overdrive for those extra steep hill climbs. Winnebago finally got the roof right, one piece aluminum, especially the seams, front/rear/and sides. Very high quality when they stopped making them. Never leaked...never will! So there are some Extras that we've added. Here's what they are... +SOLAR Package, 100 Watt Panel, Inverter, Battery storage, $2000 +Brand New Portable Generator Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4
