This 2017 Sunova 36Z is in very good condition throughout. The seller says that the Ford Triton V-10 with only 6,642 miles has been regularly serviced and runs great. Inside, she is very clean. There are no odors or signs of mold or mildew, and all upholstery is in great condition. Outside, the body is free of any serious scrapes. There is some damage to the fiberglass exterior around the passenger side wheel caused from the tire cover coming loose and scratching the side wall. Generator hour meter is faulty and shows random hours which are not accurate. Four new house batteries installed on 9/25/23. New chassis batteries installed Jan 2024. Owner has all maintenance records and manuals. Tires may be original as they have never been replaced by the current owners. The roof, awnings, and interior fabrics are all clean and undamaged. The Sightseer Class A seems to have been kept in very good condition. The exterior does appear to need a good cleaning and detailing. A small dent is also in one of the exterior storage bin doors.
