Overall this RV is in excellent condition. Mechanically it drives perfectly and needs nothing. Cosmetically it has a couple of minor cosmetic defects as to be expected with camper usage.
A small crack (as pictured) on the fiberglass camper top on the passenger side. It can be cosmetically repaired if desired, but it does not affect the operation and, as it is below the sealing surface, does not lend to water entry or leaks.
There are a few dings in the RR corner, as pictured, and a scrape just above the LR wheel, as pictured.
Interior-wise, it shows in great condition, and you can tell this unit has been well cared for its entire life.

Expertly Maintained Class-B RV. Ready to Hit the Road
What a fantastic Class-B camper we have here! If you're looking for a highly-maintained and cared-for RV, you'll have a hard time finding a nicer one than this unit. With all the features you're looking for in a full-featured RV, you won't find a more space-efficient package than this Eurovan, allowing you easy storage and unlimited options for camping with its small footprint.
We're all familiar with VW Eurovans and their Westfalia campers, but something makes this version extra special. Only in 1995 could you purchase this Winnebago converted Eurovan with the highly-desirable inline 5-cylinder engine. While a slightly more powerful V6 engine was made available after '95, it was problematic in many ways and there is no denying the superiority and robustness of this hardy engine. Even better for this particular unit, it features the proven and durable 5-speed manual transmission, which is much more reliable than its automatic counterpart.
This unit has been in the same family for many owners and has been expertly maintained and cared for. As a camper goes, this VW chassis is hard to beat. Rugged and durable throughout, this particular unit shows very nicely with no rust and minimal wear. Don't be fooled by its small size. VW and Winnebago expertly packaged these campers with all the features you love. First, as a pop-top camper, a simple release of two latches allows the top to rise up, allowing a separate raised sleeping space and comfortable standing space inside the camper in the galley (kitchen) area.
The galley has a 2-burner propane stove, sink, 3-phase refrigerator (12v, 110v, and propane), a removable microwave (pictured), and ample storage. There are two tables, as pictured, that can be used together or independently, and that can be positioned at will to allow plenty of table space in front of the rear bench and behind the front seats, which swivel 360 degrees. The rear bench folds completely flat, has a custom memory foam mattress with a factory fabric pattern and accommodates 2 for a total sleeping capacity of 4. There is ample storage for clothes and a built-in wardrobe for hanging items.
At the rear hatch, there is additional storage, an exterior sprayer/shower, and a space for the removal head (toilet). One battery for the engine and a second to power the 'house' electronics. The camper has a freshwater storage tank, gray water tank, built-in propane tank, and external connection for 110v shore power.
Reliable, well-maintained and clean throughout, this RV is truly ready to hit the road and go anywhere.
