We have a 28 ft Coleman RV with slide for sale.  Already set up in campground in Mount Airy, NC on a large, corner seasonal waterfront lot.  Purchased last year.  All inclusive!  All you have to bring are your clothes!  Great condition. Smart TV with Roku  to pick up WIFI in campground plus we had DISH installed for local channels.  10x20 deck, wrought iron table w/4 chairs, 3 more chairs with 2 tables, gas grill, waterproof deck box, custom made fire pit with cover and rack for storing wood.  Also included is Club Car golf cart that has been refurbished.  New batteries, seat covers and dashboard.  We have winter covers for all included.  We just paid seasonal lot rent/fees of $1,940 for the season which is 04/01/17 - 10/31/17.  You'll be responsible for metered electric bill each month.  Campground has 3 pools, snack bar and 3 catch and release stocked ponds.  All inside items (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) incuded as well.  It took us all of last season to stock camper with everything we needed for a great camping experience. Everything you need is already there.  Electric weedeater with mowing deck and battery blower included to keep site neat and tidy or you can pay owner nominal fee to take care of monthly.  Lease can be transferred with campground owners' approval and newly signed lease in your name.  Nice, quiet campground.  Great place to relax or explore Blue Ridge Parkway (20 minutes away) or Mount Airy (Mayberry/Andy Griffith country!) witch is a 10 minute drive to downtown.  Price reflects all of the above.  We have spent a lot of time and effort in making this place home.
