1992 TOYOTA ITASCA MOTORHOME IN VERY GOOD CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT 112000 miles 21 feet long V6 3.0 EFI Automatic Built in Generator has 64 hours Tilt wheel and cruise control, good tires, six lug hubs, radio with surround sound trough out r.v, rear airbags, built in generator with low hours, air conditioner front dash and top ac unit, four burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, flat screen TV, full bathroom, also equipped with outside shower, Overhead queen size bed, Couch turns into a bed and also has a dining table that turns into a bed as well, owner manuals for everything with receipts and records. Condition: This motorhome is in very good condition for it's age. There are no leaks or any signs of leaks in the past. The roof has been well maintenance and looks in very good shape. Everything is in working condition. No foul smells, smoke smells or pet smells detected. There is a small oil leak. The front dash A/C needs to be recharged. Gear L has been out since before I acquired it. Front tires have excellent tread, back tires have less tread but still lots of life left. This motorhome was brought to me in April, since it's been in my care. I have used this camper through out the summer with a family of 6. We have had no issues and were very surprised on how much can be packed in this coach. the gas millage ranged from 13-16mpg, very comfortable, roomy and easy to drive and park. It can sleep 4-6 comfortably depending on size. I have replaced the refrigerator, generator, air conditioner (top & bottom unit), toilet, overhead lights and microwave. I also added a T.V with wall mount, coffee maker in cupboard and even a mini vacuum cleaner in one of the storage compartments. Bill of sale will be given to new buyer. Let me start by saying that she's a very Nice Toyota Motorhome and extremely reliable! She'll take you wherever you want to go without hesitation. She's an 1994 Itasca Spirit made by Winnebago. We waited for the 1994 model as it was the absolutely best made because Winnebago finally worked out all the bugs by then, especially in the roof. Our motor home never had any roof leaks and never will. You see, Winnebago permanently sealed all the seams differently and much more efficiently on the 1994's. The roof is One-Piece Aluminum. This was the last year they were made before the economy went south. Lot's of RV dealers went out of business, as I recall, but of course, Winnebago survived. So getting parts and service anywhere in the US is not a problem.The Toyota is a One Ton Cab and Chassis with an Automatic V6, 3.0 Liter engine. 21 Feet long. She has cold AC in the Cab! Lot's of power, yet she still manages to squeak out 15-18 MPG, depending on road conditions. She comes with a very nice Cruise Control, and cruises very nicely at 65 MPH. She can go faster, 75 MPG, but we always babied her between 55-65 MPH. We're Seniors in no big hurry. The good news is that she only has 25,668 original miles! Yep, you read that correctly! That means not only is the Engine in Excellent Condition, but the motor home itself has on been on the road for only 25,668 miles! Less wear and tear overall. We think she's in Excellent Condition! The Carpet has always been covered in plastic since brand new, so when we removed it recently for the future buyer, it remains in pristine condition! It's Blue and very pretty. You can cover it up again if you like, and keep it pristine for another 20 years, or just walk barefoot and enjoy fresh, new carpeting on your first trip! We're Non-Smokers, very clean and meticulous about our property, and our motor home is no exception. No strange smell or stains. Fabric is in excellent condition. You'll find she's been well cared for all these years. Stripes are a bit faded, typical for it's age, but the fiberglass, as you can see from the photos is in excellent condition. We did add some newer DOT (Department of Transportation) reflective decals so that it lights up like a Christmas Tree on the Interstate at night! I'd rather be SEEN, than not! We felt much safer afterwards, driving at night. She comes with a Factory Installed Generator with only 20 original hours of operation! Yes, barely broken in. It's been always primed, and ran under load, once in awhile, to keep her running as smooth as silk. We have all the Original Books, Manuals, receipts...
