Hate to see her go for we had a lot of fun camping in her but, work has us tied down and would like to sell to someone like you who can have fun and enjoy her as we did!! This camper runs and drives excellent and turn key ready! We restored our camper to look like you are in a log cabin as seen in pictures. Camper as been gutted to a shell inside, windows removed and re-chalked. Camper was refurbished threw-out the entire vehicle including walls, ceiling etc. Got rid of the 80's/90's nasty look and replaced with a custom one off look. While I had it all torn apart, we replaced wiring (where needed), new custom cabinets and tons storage threw-out. Got rid of the old stove and replaced with storage and new counter top and cabinets. Installed new microwave, sink, new faucets kitchen and bathroom. Installed a electric hot water heater. Installed new upgraded cable hookup and TV wall mounting. New electric hookup with the best plugins you can buy set up to run with 30amp 120v or there is a adapter to run at regular outlet power. Or all can be run from the gas generator located in the RV storage outside, generator was refurbished and is in working condition. The thing I love about this camper the most, is you can just unplug from your camper site and drive around anywhere you would like to go for the day. No worries of taking another vehicle on your daily adventures. List of most items just recently done in the last couple thousand miles or sooner since the new transformation including mechanical work for preventive maintenance so we could drive anywhere we wanted to go: Top end of the motor completely rebuilt, new gaskets, seals, rebuilt heads, intake system, water pump, new distributor, H.D.alternator, full tuneup, new fluids and radiator flush. New shocks in front and air ride adjustable suspension in back. Upgraded A/C to modern 134a, new battery, 6 new tires. Exhaust upgraded for more power and more. Electric start 30 amp generator with new fuel lines and primmer bulb all just done. Mechanical work done by a local shop by a ASC certified Toyota mechanic with over 30 years experience. One look at the motor and you can see all the new parts installed. Has 6 gallon storage tank for the generator separate from the truck gas tank. Black and grey water storage tanks work without any leaks. A/C unit in living area was replaced with a later model rebuilt higher 13.500 BTU unit with new thermostat installed on wall. Unit can be retro with heater element or use the gas heater. We ran a electric heater in the winter. Interior Work : New high quality heavy duty upholstery and curtains. Should outlast the truck much better than factory. New high end driver and passenger seats with center console and cooler. Inside completely refurbished with custom one off look. Custom built dinning area and lighting that transforms into a bed. New counter tops and all new high quality faucets. New high quality hardwood vinyl flooring. Completely refurbished shower surround with new fixtures. New toilet, new microwave, new hot water heater. New power feeds with the best plugs you can buy, new circuit breakers. AC to DC power converter refurbished. Backup camera. Refurbished outdoor running lights and added new door lights for outside camping security. New water line hookup and best quality septic line. Basically made it more of a modern style vehicle you would see at a dealership today. Outside is basically stock. Preventive maintenance done threw-out for your trouble free adventures. 1985 Toyota Class C Rare Coachmen Motorhome with Satellite & Onan Generator Onan 2800 Generator needs new coil pack (Was stolen by dirty RV tech) - $230 Part 22RE Engine (GREAT Engine) Length is a guess, it is somewhere around there. I'll measure & update the ad soon. Made by Coachmen, one of the largest RV manufactures for years & years. Still in business today! Satellite mounted to roof Cold Roof AC Cold dash AC (Just repaired & filled 2 months ago) Sleeps 4 or 5 Has updated rear end with the dual wheels on rear One front tire needs replaced before driving really, just noticed a bad spot on it. Other tires are normal aged RV tires (I'd replace 2 front tires & two outer rear tires before using really, to just be safe) Has receiver hitch for towing No major leaks. I had a leak for about a week that made a few inch bad spot in the front corner, nothing major though. Resealed roof a month ago Left vent up during rain one week & it made a little browning around the ceiling around the vent (No Rot or anything) Interiror is in pretty good shape, nice couches & bed, carpet a little worn & a little dirty. Front driving cab is in excellent shape with nice seats & dash Some of the drawers need work. One is about toast (was like that with tape in it when I got it) Not a huge deal really, needed mentioned though One window in picture has an outer panel shattered (no leaks, but still shattered from rock thrown by lawn mower. Nice roof, no dents in body, needs a few plastic parts like the vent for the outer door for the generator Nice kitchen area with all in working order Gas furnace for heat Bathroom is all in working order Runs great, had an exhaust leak. So I had a new pipe & muffler installed at the muffler shop a few months ago Also had a Onan Tech come out and tell me the generator issue & saw the coil pack was missing (was working fine before) Pay a $2,000 deposit & I'll have the generator & glass repaired, plus have 4 new tires installed. Pay $900 or so less & get it done yourself. You may decide it does not need 4 new tires or mind the window or generator issues, just let me know. Nice little motorhome Electric refrigerator We use to sell RV parts at work, will give you $500 of new RV goodies to use with buy it now price as well. Due to an uncooperative bidder I am relisting this camper. This will have to be transferred to you at the local notary upon pick-up. The notary is only open from 9am till 4pm weekdays and until noon on Saturday. So please schedule your pick-up during those times. You will have to pay any notary fees associated with the transfer. Also a $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be required through Paypal within 24 hours of the purchase. The remainder will be paid with cash only upon pick-up. This must be picked up within 7 days unless other arrangements are agreed upon before purchase. You are more than welcome to see the camper and drive it if you are local. Click on the link at the bottom of the description to see extra pictures of the camper. There are 3 pages of extra pictures. Up for sale is my 1989 Toyota 22' class C camper. The driver's compartment has air conditioning that works great, and the heat works fine as well. It is in good shape, drives very well and is inspected until 04/2016. It only has 46,370 miles on the Toyota 6 cylinder engine. It has a 6 lug dual real axle with Hankook 185R14C tires all around that are in great shape with plenty of tread life left. Most of these Toyotas have a smaller 4 cylinder engine, which usually bogs down on hills, but the 6 cylinder engine of this one makes driving in mountainous areas a whole lot easier. The camper includes an Onan 2.8 Genset that I used last spring. This has all the paperwork that came with the camper when it was new including all the appliance manuals. Late last Summer, I tried to restart the generator, but it didn't start that time. I think it's an electric problem that should be fairly easy to fix. If you fix this generator, then you could probably stay in your camper for weeks at a time without the need to hook into electricity! It also includes a 123" awning that is in good shape. It also has a hot water heater, gas furnace and a 2 way fridge that all work great. It has a rear air conditioning unit that needs a recharge. It doesn't blow out cold. There is a toilet that works fine and a shower that leaks at the valve. I think it just needs to be tightened up some. It has a microwave and 4 burner stove and oven that all work fine. It has a dual sink in the main area and a small single sink in the bathroom. The sleeping area above the driver compartment will sleep 2, and in addition, the table lowers and the couch goes flat to sleep additional people. I would say it sleeps 5. It is carpeted throughout the camper and also in the driver's compartment. The interior is very clean, and there are no unpleasant odors. I would have no problem spending lots of time inside! It has grey and black holding tanks and a fresh water holding tank. It has a water pump that will run on shore power or with the included marine battery. Additionally, it has a 30 amp plug. There is also a locking metal box added at the back of the camper where the sewage hose and extras are kept. Included is a top-of-the-line sewer hose. The camper has leaked in the past at the vent up top. It dips down a little up on the roof at the vent and water will build up there. But what I do is tilt the camper a little to one side and water does not build up and leak. You could fix it and build up the area at the top but I didn't feel the need to. This would be just the thing for a family or a single individual! You can drive it across the country right now, and stop anywhere because it is completely self-contained! Park it in the middle of the woods, or in a nice family campground. This is roomy enough to make camping comfortable, but not too large to drive it around town. This 1994 Toyota Winnebago Warrior is known to be one of the best Micro Mini Rv's ever built. It is in excellent condition. In my opinion an easy 9 out of 10 for a 1994. V6 3.0, Automatic, cruise, tilt, ect switch. All that you can ask for in a Micro mini. In excellent condition inside and out. Excellent mechanical condition. Ride and drive. Turn the key and go anywhere you like. Like new tires. New flatscreen tv and antenna. 2.8 Onan generator needs a voltage regulator. One of the best and nicest Toyota Motorhomes left today. Please note that the paint job was not professionally done but it's fun nonetheless. Beautifully (but partially) redone inside with fresh blue-gray paint on cabinets, nice new silver cabinet pulls, new vinyl flooring that looks exactly like wood floors but more durable, chalkboard paint on walls. An almost unbelievably nice example of the ever popular Toyota Mini Motor Home. It is easy to see this unit has been lovingly and meticulously maintained. Only owners who take a lot of pride in what they own keep a unit in the condition this Toyota is in. Is it brand new? Absolutely not.....in fact it is 20 years young. Is it in perfect condition? No , and I don't want anyone to think I am trying to make them believe it is. But I think the condition of this unit is pretty apparent in the photos. And if I don't have space for all the photos' you need to see I will be glad to send what you want directly to your email upon request. I know I will forget something so I am sure you can expect revisions as questions are asked. I will answer any questions honestly and quickly as they are asked. This Toyota will not be for the average person looking for a Toyota Motorhome........ but it is the one that certain people look near and far to find........ and unlike most of them that turn out to be not what they are supposed to be when you actually see them, this RV will not disappoint !! Now for the description as follows: As stated....... 1994 The final year for the Toyota Mini Motorhome Low miles as 79k on this unit is considered low. It has the 3.0 Engine ! They are powerful yet get good gas economy for an RV. And no I am not going to tell you they get 23 in the city and 28 on the road as I have just seen stated. Speaking from personal experience and having owned several of these in the past, it has been my experience these units typically get around 10/12 and when on open highways you will generally get 12/15 maybe a bit better with a tailwind. I don't see the need in being less than truthful about these things knowing full well at the end of the first tank full you would be thinking of me in less than affectionate terms! It is what it is and actually thats not bad mileage considering you are pulling a small house. It also has the automatic transmission with overdrive. As you can see in the dash pictures there is a button that depicts ECT. For those who don't know that is Electronically Controlled Transmission. This function is available for immediate power increase as needed in passing ( Yes I have actually passed many vehicles in these) and for hill climbing and is a great asset. Thee engine and transmission are dry, clean and perform flawlessly as you would expect. The timing belt was changed 10k back at 69k as it should have been according to manufacturer instructions. All six tires are as new with 6k on them and zero weathering or dryrot. I installed brand new stainless wheelcovers all around to make her as pretty as she deserves to be! Of course it has the heavy duty one ton rearend. Engine bay is clean and oil free. No rust anywhere. Exhaust system is in good condition and quite as it should be! Brakes will stop on a dime and work as they should. All mechanical systems are good to go!! Truck body and house body are both in excellent condition. Paint is in excellent condition. All glass good. The roof has the original sealing on it from the factory and looks like it was done last week. Previous owner owned this unit 6 years and I don't know the history before that. I installed new rain covers on the roof vents so they can be left open for ventilation when raining. I installed a new High Definition Antenna (The Jack) so you can get high def channels on the brand new flat screen TV pretty much anywhere you happen to be. The awning is in excellent condition as seen in pictures. As you can see in the pictures this unit has the flat fiberglass FRP sides which is much preferable to the ribbed siding. (And much nicer looking in my humble opinion) If you can tell in the pictures the unit shines like new money and while it looks wet I assure you that is the permanent gloss !! Just a gorgeous unit !! I know I am writing way too much so will try to do better on the inside. It is as nice as the outside. I replaced all the ceiling lights with new ones. Original lights were fine just yellowed. Sleeper jack knife sofa, sleeper breakfast booth, full bed top side, all new bedding. Fridge is cold, freezer is colder (9 degrees when I checked earlier)Gas/Electric 2 way. Stove works great, Microwave works great, water heater works great, etc, etc, etc,,,,,,,,everything works great!!! Roof air is cold, dash air is cold !! Upholstery in the cab and in the house is in excellent condition!! Full bathroom, cedar closet one wall to keep the pests out. Full shower, also outside shower. All lights work as they should! All plumbing, all electrical great condition! The one thing on this RV that does have a problem is the generator. It is an Onan 3k. The previous owner told me it needs a voltage regulator. All I have done is squirt gas in the carb and it starts right up and makes power but won't keep running so after reading the trouble shooting guide the regulator is probably right. It does run good when running so I do believe it is not anything too distressing. This vehicle is for sale locally and listing may be withdrawn at any time. Also as with any 20 year old vehicle there are no warranties either expressed nor implied. This Toyota has absolutely NO WATER DAMAGE AND HAS NEVER HAD ANY !!!!!! Another thing to mention is that the fridge works perfectly on BOTH gas and electric. The water heater lights FIRST time! Furnace lights first time!! All burners including the oven which looks as if it has never been used all work perfectly!!! Again if you are looking for the best of the best I believe you will find none better! Just saying 'In my humble opinion!!

Let me start by saying that she's a very Nice Toyota Motorhome and extremely reliable! She'll take you wherever you want to go without hesitation. She's an 1994 Itasca Spirit made by Winnebago. We waited for the 1994 model as it was the absolutely best made because Winnebago finally worked out all the bugs by then, especially in the roof. Our motor home never had any roof leaks and never will. You see, Winnebago permanently sealed all the seams differently and much more efficiently on the 1994's. The roof is One-Piece Aluminum. This was the last year they were made before the economy went south. Lot's of RV dealers went out of business, as I recall, but of course, Winnebago survived. So getting parts and service anywhere in the US is not a problem.The Toyota is a One Ton Cab and Chassis with an Automatic V6, 3.0 Liter engine. 21 Feet long. She has cold AC in the Cab! Lot's of power, yet she still manages to squeak out 15-18 MPG, depending on road conditions. She comes with a very nice Cruise Control, and cruises very nicely at 65 MPH. She can go faster, 75 MPG, but we always babied her between 55-65 MPH. We're Seniors in no big hurry. The good news is that she only has 25,668 original miles! Yep, you read that correctly! That means not only is the Engine in Excellent Condition, but the motor home itself has on been on the road for only 25,668 miles! Less wear and tear overall. We think she's in Excellent Condition! The Carpet has always been covered in plastic since brand new, so when we removed it recently for the future buyer, it remains in pristine condition! It's Blue and very pretty. You can cover it up again if you like, and keep it pristine for another 20 years, or just walk barefoot and enjoy fresh, new carpeting on your first trip! We're Non-Smokers, very clean and meticulous about our property, and our motor home is no exception. No strange smell or stains. Fabric is in excellent condition. You'll find she's been well cared for all these years. Stripes are a bit faded, typical for it's age, but the fiberglass, as you can see from the photos is in excellent condition. We did add some newer DOT (Department of Transportation) reflective decals so that it lights up like a Christmas Tree on the Interstate at night! I'd rather be SEEN, than not! We felt much safer afterwards, driving at night. She comes with a Factory Installed Generator with only 20 original hours of operation! Yes, barely broken in. It's been always primed, and ran under load, once in awhile, to keep her running as smooth as silk. We have all the Original Books, Manuals, receipts... For sale is my lovingly cared for 1986 Toyota Dolphin motorhome. She's 30 years old this year so I'm hoping she'll find a new home and life with a new owner. This classic is in exceptional condition, as you can see from the pictures, and is almost completely original (replaced items noted below). She only has 56,437 miles and just came back from a 2,198 mile trip to Colorado where I averaged 15 mpg. That's right, this Dolphin has the legendary Toyota 22RE 4 cylinder, fuel-injected engine, thus the good gas mileage. She performed flawlessly in the mountains but certainly no speed records were set going uphill! EVERYTHING on this motorhome works perfectly including cab air conditioner (new factory-original Denso compressor replaced July 2015 - see picture demonstrating how cold the air is), cruise control, 2-way refrigerator, Onan 3000 watt generator with remote start and only 141 hours, propane furnace, new Atwood 6 gallon water heater(I replaced the still working pilot type water heater with a new one which will run on 120V or propane and has electronic ignition), 4 burner range AND oven, separate shower/toilet/sink, full-length clothes closet, separate gray/black storage tanks, main and auxiliary gasoline tanks totaling approximately 45 gallon capacity. The original rooftop air conditioner was non-functional when I obtained the RV and small BTU rooftop A'Cs are hard to find AND typically draw more current than the generator can handle. So, I decided to pull the old rooftop unit and replaced that with a 12V Fantastic Fan that has 3 speeds and blows both out and in. For the coach A/C I purchased a new Frigidaire 8000 BTU small window unit -- see pictures -- and made an easily assembled/dissembled frame for it that simply locks into the slider window casing. This way it can be stowed during non-summer periods and reinstalled in about 5 minutes. The best thing about this window unit is it has remote temperature sensing. The handheld remote control can be placed anywhere in the RV and the A/C will sense the temperature in that location -- say the cabover bed -- and maintain the temperature thermostatically based on that location. This makes for much more even cooling inside.The cabover bed is a full size but queen sheets fit nicely. The couch also converts to a full-size bed and the dinette to a twin. The factory cab radio was replaced with an Alpine CDE-164BT receiver with USB, CD, and Bluetooth. The receiver was professionally installed with awesome sub-woofer and remote speakers in the coach area and has an amazing sound.Per the previous owner, all 6 tires were replaced in 2014 and now have only about 10,000 miles on them. New brake shoes/wheel cylinders were installed this month (front disc pads were inspected and were in great condition). Vehicle inspection was just completed this month. Payment will need to be in cash only. Also, a wire transfer deposit of 10% will be needed to hold if you're not nearby.
