The overall condition of the 2021 Valor 40V13 is very good. The exterior was found to be clean and free of any scratches or cracks. The interior was found to be in very good condition. The upholstery did not show rips, tears, or stains. The tires were found to be in very good condition with plenty of tread and no sidewall cracking. (DOT 4120) Stock #397979 2021 Valor 40V13 TOY HAULER! LOADED WITH OPTIONS. READY FOR THE ROAD. This very lightly used 2021 Valor 40V13 fifth-wheel toy hauler is a great multifunctional RV. You'll find sleeping arrangements for up to 9, a living space to relax in and entertain in, and a full kitchen. The garage will transform into a sleeping area or an additional "hang out" area. The patio with an awning creates even more space for relaxing. The Valor 40V13 also is equipped with a generator and solar panel with battery charging functionality. The Valor 40V13 has two side entry doors. One has pull-out manual steps into the garage, and the other has solid steps that pull out to provide a safe and solid entry point. The living area features a pair of sofas. One sofa opens to provide a bed, while the other sofa has three footrests. The end footrests are electric. There is overhead cabinet storage above both sofas. The sofas are positioned so that the TV in the entertainment center can be viewed easily. The entertainment center also contains cabinet storage at the top, a stereo, and a fireplace. The U-shaped kitchen contains a large kitchen sink with a pull-out sprayer faucet, a microwave, an exhaust fan, a stove, an oven, and a refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen has plenty of drawer and cabinet storage, including a pantry. A pull-up counter extension provides extended countertop space. When combined with the kitchen stools it can be used a sitting space to enjoy a meal or snack. Between the kitchen and the garage, there is a loft with a ladder. Up for sale is our 2005 pristine 26' Born Free Motor Coach. This is a Rear Side Bed “Casual Elegance” Model with solid Oak Cabinetry, about 60K miles.This unit is a very popular model. Sleeps 4 adults and has privacy curtains. It has it all…a made-up bed, a full-size front living room, with a Flexsteel sofa bed, extremely comfortable Flexsteel captain’s chairs and driver/passenger chairs, a pull-up table and additional storage below.¿ This model is not only elegant, but the additional storage spaces and extended kitchen area makes it a palace for two, or four. Available is a comforter, with velcro attached sheets, which eliminates bed making problems for ever.¿The vehicle is immaculate in and out. Everything works as we are currently using it during our stay at the ranch. We are selling it because we don’t have the time to use it. This is why is has low mileage and also explains why it is such great shape. Also, the coach has been stored inside my aircraft hangar in a dry climate (Colorado) since new. It ONLY comes out when in use, which is not very often! There is NO sun damage because we keep it inside in either a hangar or a shade structure. For those of you who are not familiar with Born Free Coaches, it is important to note that these are hand build luxury coaches. They are pricey. New ones tick in > $160-180K, depending on options. This is a touring coach and it has no slides. NO SLIDES? Really?…. yup… No slides means no leaks and a long lived coach with little maintenance. I had a nice coach with multiple slides… guess what… they leaked and my $100K coach was devalued to $20K in a single season! Never again! Take a look at the pix...we keep throw rugs down and the carpet is fresh and nice. Tires, brakes, oil, etc... maintenance is impeccable. In the past few years: new coach batteries, New engine battery with trickle charger. All the bugs are worked out on this coach. These are rare coaches and when you see one, take notice. We put bilstien shocks on it to help with the ride. I tow my 4dr Jeep Rubicon behind the RV and it rides very nice.... but dont back up!I have a website (https://bornfree26.wordpress.com/about/) with some pix...these were taken in 2014 but it still looks the same.This is a ‘touring coach’ and is ideal for a family of four to travel around the country in real comfort. It is very easy to use and set up. For example, we may depart from home after work around 7PM and drive until 11PM, pull into a roadside rest area, shut down and simply slide shut the front curtains and we are ready to watch the news or go for a quick walk or simply hit the sack. No muss no fuss… it takes 5 min from shut down to relaxation for a night’s comfortable sleep.We are non-smokers (I am a cancer researcher) and do not travel with pets. There are no obnoxious odors in the coach. We use it primarily for long haul trips from FL to Colorado.

This is 1999 econoline chassis with a born free all fiberglass body, (this is not the plywood that delaminates).The engine is the stock, unmodified 7.3 diesel, the motor was out of the truck last winter and all new injectors,cups,glow plugs,gaskets, checked for wear, none found, turbo checked for wear, then all new gaskets and then reinstalled. That was $10,000 in motor work, the work was done by J.G. parks a big Diesel engine shop on east coast.( the motor came out due to small oil leak on oil pan that cannot be done in truck). The 4x4 conversion was done with 2003 f350 parts combined with ujoint offroad parts. The exterior was painted with light gray awlgrip paint (marine paint, I am a boat guy) . The ladder and roof racks are aluminum paint with awlgrip paint. On the inside the honeycomb plywood was used were it was suitable, the cabinets and walls are mohagany plywood or skinned with 4 mil mohagany. The floors are a teak/holly marine flooring.There is a 2 cylinder kubota generator 6500 watts hours unknown, it's was removed from a tractor trailer apu.It's supplies plenty of power to run the a/c unit. ( but I will say it's a bit noisy) There is also a rear air unit off the engine ( which a new compressor was installed when engine was out due to hard to get to once engine goes in truck) and the condensor is the 2 12 volt fans mounted on side low, which works great when idling main engine.(also does rear heat) There is also an Espar rear heater that runs off of diesel tank, and another Espar for heating the fresh water, along with 110 volt water heater. The refrigerator is 110 volt/ 12 volt, the microwave is 110 volt.The rear bed is a queen ,a formal confortable mattress and the sofa is a jackknife pull out. I can go on and on. Everything works on this rv, I built this to last,it not my first 4x4 econoline, ( I had a quigley),I built it like a boat to go 100 miles out in the ocean, with redundancy were possible. And my reason for the sale, I am building a new boat and there will not be anytime to use for the next couple years.$65k for more info [email protected]
