Vintage 1955 19ft SILVER STREAK JET Travel Trailer The SILVER STREAK is a close relative to the AIRSTREAM & STREAMLINE travel trailer families. Although Airstream is by far the most well known brand in aluminum trailers, many knowledgeable individuals consider the early SILVER STREAK to be comparable in construction quality. The 19ft SILVER STREAK Jet is comparable to the Airstream Caravel & Globetrotter models. This Vintage 1955 19ft SILVER STREAK Jet Travel Trailer is a fine example of an American Icon – the vintage aircraft-style aluminum travel trailer. We possess a clear title with no liens or encumbrances. The exterior skin is in exceptional condition. PET-FREE & SMOKE-FREE it has a dry weight of approx 2440 lbs according to factory specs and a hitch weight of 250 lbs. This 1955 19ft SILVER STREAK JET has a Seating/Sleeping configuration of (1) Convertible Café-style booth in the front galley and (1) full bed in the rear-compartment. It also has plenty of storage, a kitchenette with retro counters & original ceramic sink, (4) Burner stovetop, and a nice bath with full shower in the rear. Vintage 1965 SILVER STREAK SABRE travel trailer in excellent RESTORED condition. 20' long from bumper to hitch. Completely refurbished in 2012 by Avalon RV in Benicia. Stored indoors and cared for by Bay Indoor RV Storage in Antioch since being refurbished. Original dull anodized aluminum finish and gold accent were stripped and polished. Windows were reset and sealed. NEW electrical system, upholstery, marmoleum flooring, embossed stainless steel paneling at dinette wainscot and refrigerator door and axle leaf springs. Includes a full sized bathroom (shower, vanity & toilet) with folding privacy screen, pull out queen sized sofa bed, dinette that seats four & converts to a full sized bed, kitchen sink, propane 4-burner stove & oven, propane and electric refrigerator/freezer, air conditioner, propane heater, yellow & white striped sunbrella awning, double axle with custom painted rims and baby moon chrome hub caps and electric drum brakes on all wheels.Pulls like a dream. I couldn't find specs on the trailer or hitch weight but an Airstream of same size and vintage is 2,350lbs, and 250 lbs. respectively. The only difference is the Silver Streak has two axles, which allows it to carry a much greater load than the single axle Airstream. I've also read the Silver Streak was better built.$21,000 / obo

1965 Silver Streak Saber 22ft 19 body. Camper is in good condition. A real classic.Body is in good shape with only a couple scrapes. Camper interior is original and has solid floors.Cabinets are still in good shape. Camper has rear window a/c that works.Camper hasn't been used in a while so fridge may need to be serviced to get working again. Water lines are intact but may need minor repair.Wheels and tires are about a year old .Camper pulls great! We do have a clear title in hand. Also have all of the original owner's manual and keys.
