We are the original owners of this beautiful 2012 Columbus 5th Wheel by Palomino. It is truly beautiful! Unfortunately, we have not been able to use it as we had hoped and need to find it a good home! The exterior is a 2-tone cream exterior finish and is quite stylish. The interior is what Forest River calls their Neutral Seville interior color package. It is warm browns and tans. The living room area features an electric fireplace with blower, an Ashley® leather recliner loveseat with a compartment for the remotes, and a sofa sleeper.Above the fireplace is a 40” LED TV & Deluxe Stereo Surround Sound with DVD Player and it ROCKS! There is Cherry wood cabinetry throughout. The lighting package includes LED recessed lighting (some are on dimmers), real glass pendant lights, under-cabinet LED lights, and a 3-speed ceiling fan. All of the windows and the full-view entry door have dual Day/Night pull-down shades. The Kitchen features a movable island with a pull-out pantry, a GE® Residential Convection Microwave oven & hood, and a built-in Wine Rack & Spice Rack. There are solid surface countertops with matching sink covers, an under-mount double bowl stainless steel sink with a single lever faucet with pull-out sprayer, and a tile back splash behind the sink area. The dining table has comfortable seating for 4. The bedroom has a King-size bed with a Serta Trump series mattress, decorative accessory shelves on each side of the bed and storage drawers below. The high end bedspread and pillow covers have never been used (they been carefully stored since we purchased the camper) and look wonderful! Behind the mirrored sliding closet doors is a laundry hamper, shoe storage, and a pull-out drawer. A 2nd closet has a louvered door and is large enough to add a stackable washer/dryer if you choose to down the road. Lastly, above the cherry hardwood dresser is a wall-mounted framed TV cabinet. Now for my favorite part...the 5’ wide 1-piece fiberglass shower! It has a corner seat and hand-held shower, frosted glass sliding door, and a skylight above. Other features of the bath are the adjustable speed Power Vent bath fan, a medicine cabinet with mirrored doors, a porcelain toilet with convenient sprayer, towel bar and toilet paper holder, and a linen cabinet. The camper features a central vacuum system that includes enough hose to reach all areas of the camper and a storage bag for all of the various attachments. The Entry Closet has jacket and shoe storage and next to it is a cell phone or iPod charging station and key hooks. Each of the 3 slides have slide covers to keep leaves and debris from collecting. My husband's favorite feature is the outside AM/FM/CD receiver with USB port and convenient hook-ups for your TV! We have enjoyed several St. Louis Cardinal games outdoors! These remaining items are features that make this 5th wheel extremely comfortable and easy to use:2 fully ducted air conditioners,10-gallon water heater,Full System water purifier,Heated utility convenience center,Black tank flush,Electric rear stabilizer jacks,3-20 lb.
