2004 Rexhall Rex Air 32 foot coach. This was a demo model so it is fully loaded. It was first purchased from the dealer in September 2005. It is on a Ford chassis which was built in 2002. The RV was built in 2004. 2 tv's with DVD, VHS, electric fireplace, convection microwave,, outside shower, queen bed, hide a bed couch, breakfast nook that breaks down to a sleeping area (table is cracked-needs replacement), 5 awnings, generator, central air and heat. Side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Filtered water system. Dual slide outs make the living room like a small condo. Steel cage frame construction, 4 wheel disc brakes just fully redone. New Bilstein shocks, Recently driven cross-country but needs some minor upkeep. Less that 35,000 miles on the unit. Leveling jacks, back up camera, and other amenities need work, so unit is well priced. Generator needs a tune up.

2004 Rexhall Rexair , .2004 Rexhall Rexair BLS3250 that has an awning, leveling jacks, two large slide outs, one in living room and one in bedroom. I think the living room slide is 3 feet by 15 feet and the bedroom slide is 2 feet by 13 feet. It has about 17,000 miles at this date. It has new tires that have only traveled home from Eugene Oregon, about 700 miles. Serviced in shop regularly. Has all options. Everything works. Slides are hydraulic with single switch for each, and they have the canvas toppers on both of them. The Engine is the Gas Chevrolet Vortec 8.1 liter and the Trannie is the 5 speed Allison. It is currently getting 8.5 miles per gallon on trips. It has two air conditioners that are ducted into the ceiling and the large furnace is ducted into the walls, and all controlled by a single thermostat that is adjustable. It also has a GE convection Microwave over and a regular 4 burner stove with an oven . Lots of storage. full heated basement too. Day and night window coverings. table with 2 chairs and more chairs in the basement. Back up camera. Queen size island bed with two nightstands, and many other extras. There is a 6500 watt Generator with a starting switch on the dash and an auto switch over control to switch from park power to Generator power. We bought it new in May, 2004 and it was $116,000.00. plus tax and docs. It is for sale at $45,000.00, ready for immediate delivery and ready to travel. that is under NADA book value by over 5000.00 making a good buy for anyone shopping for a nice motorhome. We have made a couple of trips to Canada and back and it has everything needed and is quick and easy to level with the hydraulic Jacks (4) and push the slides out (2) and you are there. Plug in the TV to cable, hook up the water hose, the sewer hose, and the 50 amp cord and you are ready to stay as long as you want.
