This is the very last Marathon 40 Foot Prevost XL-II made and the only 40 footer made in the last year of 2004. The 40 footer is so much nicer to drive and own than a 45 footer. Having owned 9 Prevost’s, we love this one most of all. We truly wanted to move to the 40 footer, because to us, they are so much nicer to drive, maneuver and park. They are much easier to move around towns and other areas. And they are legal on city streets in California. Following are the highlights. 2004 MODEL----THE LAST 40 FOOT PREVOST CONVERTED BY MARATHON.The last 40 Footer converted by Marathon2004 model. The only one made period in 2004.Only 52,500 miles.We’ve sent her through a Factory Pre-Delivery-Inspection every six months or 3,300 miles for the last 18 months.We installed the larger tires and rims for the front end.We changed all lights to the LED lights.We installed a second set of Brake-Turn & Running lights in the upper engine doors so the lights can all be seen over the top of the dingy.We just installed a 44 inch TV widescreen in the bedroom.We’ve had the engine and generator serviced every six months even though they were nowhere near needing service.All other tires only have less than 10,000 miles on them.All batteries are all near new.Every service bulletin has been complied with.All recalls have been complied with.All recalls have been complied with.We had the side-panels all inspected by Marathon and everything was perfect.There are many other things we’ve done, but I can’t recall at the moment what those things are.All in all we’ve spent a little over $100,000 making her what she is today.Call us at: 541-957-2000
