(No dealer/broker calls, please) 2005 Newmar Dutch Star Diesel Pusher, 4 Slides, Model DSDP 4023. Spartan Chassis, Cummins ISL 370 HP. The color-matching 2008 Honda CR-V and tow package is also available. Much of the "gear" that is used in routine RV'ing goes with this coach. We are the 3rd owner of this coach since new. We bought her about 5 years ago, and quite frankly we are reluctant to sell. But we are getting older, and plan to purchase a Florida vacation home. We just cannot afford both..... As a retired airline pilot, I have a strong desire to keep my vehicles in top shape so this coach has been ultra-cared for with top maintenance and equipment upgrades. Just about every option available in a motorhome is here. The MAJOR items are: Residential 20 cubic foot 3-door refrigerator with ice maker, new/upgraded hi-definition entertainment system with surround sound and automatic satellite antenna; Hydro-Hot hydronic heating system, laminate living room floors, re-carpeted 2 years ago, complete LED bulb conversion. A complete photo gallery and a list of all features is available on request. Current mileage is 76,000-- which is little wear for a Spartan/Cummins combination. No damage history. The exterior crown (where the exterior walls round out to meet the roof) was recently repainted by professionals. No outstanding mechanical recalls. Tires and batteries are in good shape. This coach is kept under roof, and not exposed to direct sunlight. No roof leaks! Pricing information: This coach sold new for about $300k.
