 This well maintained 2013 Newmar Canyon Star M-3610 is in excellent condition. It is 37 Ft long on a Ford 22,000# chassis, and has two slide outs. It has a Ford V10 gas engine with a very low and respectable 28,297 miles on it. It has marvelous sea glass full paint and sea glass décor. The owner of this coach treated this unit well it’s in mint condition and it shows. They have it priced to sell and will accept any reasonable offer and may accept a trade.  Walking into this beautiful 2013 Newmar Canyon Star M-3610 you first notice a very new and clean scent it has. It has wonderful tile and carpet throughout the unit. The cockpit has a JVC flat screen about it, and a backup cameras/GPS. This unit has modern décor and it looks classy. When you walk in to your left is the kitchen. It has a stainless-steel sink facet with a dual sink pit and a soap dispenser. It comes with a two-burner stove and a convention microwave. It has lovely wood work cabinets and drawers with a nice countertop, an all-black Norcold four door refrigerator/freezer and ice maker. Directly behind the kitchen sits a well upholstered dinette booth with a fold up wooden table. Behind the dinette booth is the living area, it has a Sony Flat screen TV above a fire place, It has Sony surround sound throughout the unit, an “L” shaped couch, the end of the couch slides in to form a regular couch. The living area is very comfortable and feels like home. Through the hall to your right there’s washer/dryer combo with a laundry closet. Above the washer/dryer combo is an optional Koolatron wine cooler. To your left is a bathroom, it has a vanity mirror/medicine cabinet and a sink and toilet. Going into the bedroom you notice the queen size bed with a beautiful décor headboard. The bed sits in front of a Sony flat screen TV. The TV is above a window and next to lots of cabinets and drawers. All the way to the back of the unit is a private master bathroom. It has a large shower with retractable shower head and a soap dispenser. There’s a sink under a vanity mirror/medicine cabinet, and a toilet.
