About 6 months later, it was transferred and titled to an institution and now titled to a Corporation. For those who might not know, MONACO stands for top of the line RV, frequently found in Resorts and are of the most desirable coach today. Out of the Monaco brand, came the Signature, very much appreciated for their luxury line and design. The MONACO Signature has 24 (twenty four) models available that year but only 2 (two) General ... the top of the line within the Monaco brand. Even though, the General Model is the ultimate luxury RV, the owner of this MONACO decided to remodel and upgrade this coach. Thus a MONACO Signature 45 Series with a Levi's Strauss theme. Everything inside is truly original down to the detail. Fabric is true and authentic Jeans, some older than others, custom bedding, Levi's fabric around the window and on the sofa bed. This is from far, the NICEST Monaco Signature ever and the only one ever made. Other nice and original features you will find on this coach are:Custom stainless steel fireplace with 2 stages heat and a remote control.Custom made natural cherry wood lighted wet bar and a 3 glasses rack underneath.Custom walk in closet that can be turn into a second bedroom. Custom valances around the windows.Custom electric shades all over. Custom Samsung surround sound paired with a Bose system.Custom OMEGA rims on the rear axle. In 2005: That year, lots or almost all RV manufactures, came facing a problem with their fiberglass bodies, which started having the paint checking. Lawsuits followed and few Monaco RV were repainted. Luckily, sometime in 2009 - 2010, this coach was entirely repainted from top to bottom, front to back, using the original curved pattern. The color code was respected to match. That translates by having a shiny body, reflecting the surrounding on it's sides or having no damages beside the normal wear. See the photos that speak for themselves. Also, the roof was repainted with an anti slippery white coating. From July 2014 to date: The owner has decided to upgrade and customize the RV with an open check book.Here is a list of what has been done:The brand new stuff Brand new HVH Satellite system and dome. Brand new LEDs lights around windows and windshield.Brand new door handle in the living room made out of belt buckle from the 70's.Brand new Omega rim covers at both rear axle.Brand new Diamond Shield bra.Brand new stainless steel BRINKMAN BBQ.Brand new stainless steel KOBALT tool box.Brand new wiring for an outside entertainment system and a TV with remote control sensor.Brand new pressure accumulator tank.Brand new house batteries dated 05/14Brand new engine batteries dated 05/14 The redone stuff:AquaHot has been entirely rebuilt from scratch (see photos). The tank has been changed for a thicker gauge steel, copper is brand new, heat transfer paste is brand new, upgraded plumbing, new nozzle, rebuilt head, etc .... The shower has been changed from the regular small cube to a much larger shower with a bath tub, larger showering area. Corian on the walls were changed and stone tiles were added for a warmer look. This definitely an over sized shower.Redone 2 front seats made out of true original and authentic Levi's Jeans. Switches and button were covered with Jeans fabric. A TRUE PIECE OF CONVERSATION.Redone sofa bed using the same material as the 2 front seats.Rebuilt Onan generator 12.5K with new belt, filters, etc ..... Has been sound proofed to run more silently.Rebuilt Power Inverter 3000 W Redesigned back office with stone walls. It's currently used as an office / walk-in closet but can also become a second bedroom for kids.Redone inside A/Cs ( see photos) and the larger front roof A/C has been upgraded.Tile floor in the kitchen made with marble tile, sealed and waxed. The maintenance stuff within the last weeks:All oil changed including filters. Same for the generator. Air filter. Same for the generator.Diesel filters. Same for the generator.Anti freeze. Same for the generator.Transmission oil.All hydraulic fluids. A/C filters.Tire rotation.Greased chassis at all 34 grease fittings from front to backRear aircan lift axle system on the rear tag axle. That's the can that holds the axle up.Seals at the rear axle.Painted chassis with black rubberized paint similar to Rhino Paint. The "unfixable":There is over 5 miles of wires of all sorts in this coach. On the driver side under the mirror, there is a side camera for blind spots which is activated when using turning signal. The camera works but there is no image coming to the screen. (see photo). The technician says there might be a short somewhere but hard to detect within the 5 miles wiring. I am still working on the issue and trying to get it fix.On the center dash console, the 3 turn knob for the A/C, showing some signs of wear. Does not affect the use of the panel. Today, this Gorgeous MONACO Signature 45 Series is offered for sale at a reasonable price. It has ALL options offered by the manufacture except the king size bed .... but it has the oversize walk in closet / office for instance and a 575 HP Cummins. Just for the record .... the trading value is higher than the asking price. I DID NOT set any low or high limits on this site when it comes to make an offer;ALL offers will be considered, only the highest will get the most attention and the lowest will get an answer at a later time. About 6 months later, it was transferred and titled to an institution and now titled to a Corporation. For those who might not know, MONACO stands for top of the line RV, frequently found in Resorts and are of the most desirable coach today. Out of the Monaco brand, came the Signature, very much appreciated for their luxury line and design. The MONACO Signature has 24 (twenty four) models available that year but only 2 (two) General ... the top of the line within the Monaco brand. Even though, the General Model is the ultimate luxury RV, the owner of this MONACO decided to remodel and upgrade this coach. Thus a MONACO Signature 45 Series with a Levi's Strauss theme. Everything inside is truly original down to the detail. Fabric is true and authentic Jeans, some older than others, custom bedding, Levi's fabric around the window and on the sofa bed. This is from far, the NICEST Monaco Signature ever and the only one ever made. Other nice and original features you will find on this coach are:Custom stainless steel fireplace with 2 stages heat and a remote control.Custom made natural cherry wood lighted wet bar and a 3 glasses rack underneath.Custom walk in closet that can be turn into a second bedroom. In 2005: That year, lots or almost all RV manufactures, came facing a problem with their fiberglass bodies, which started having the paint checking. Lawsuits followed and few Monaco RV were repainted. Luckily, sometime in 2009 - 2010, this coach was entirely repainted from top to bottom, front to back, using the original curved pattern. The color code was respected to match. That translates by having a shiny body, reflecting the surrounding on it's sides or having no damages beside the normal wear. See the photos that speak for themselves. Also, the roof was repainted with an anti slippery white coating. From July 2014 to date: The owner has decided to upgrade and customize the RV with an open check book.Here is a list of what has been done:The brand new stuff Brand new HVH Satellite system and dome. The shower has been changed from the regular small cube to a much larger shower with a bath tub, larger showering area. Corian on the walls were changed and stone tiles were added for a warmer look. This definitely an over sized shower.Redone 2 front seats made out of true original and authentic Levi's Jeans. Switches and button were covered with Jeans fabric. A TRUE PIECE OF CONVERSATION.Redone sofa bed using the same material as the 2 front seats.Rebuilt Onan generator 12.5K with new belt, filters, etc ..... Has been sound proofed to run more silently.Rebuilt Power Inverter 3000 W Redesigned back office with stone walls. It's currently used as an office / walk-in closet but can also become a second bedroom for kids.Redone inside A/Cs ( see photos) and the larger front roof A/C has been upgraded.Tile floor in the kitchen made with marble tile, sealed and waxed. The maintenance stuff within the last weeks:All oil changed including filters. Same for the generator. Air filter. Same for the generator.Diesel filters. Same for the generator.Anti freeze. Same for the generator.Transmission oil.All hydraulic fluids. A/C filters.Tire rotation.Greased chassis at all 34 grease fittings from front to backRear aircan lift axle system on the rear tag axle. The "unfixable":There is over 5 miles of wires of all sorts in this coach. On the driver side under the mirror, there is a side camera for blind spots which is activated when using turning signal. The camera works but there is no image coming to the screen. (see photo). The technician says there might be a short somewhere but hard to detect within the 5 miles wiring. I am still working on the issue and trying to get it fix.On the center dash console, the 3 turn knob for the A/C, showing some signs of wear. Does not affect the use of the panel. Today, this Gorgeous MONACO Signature 45 Series is offered for sale at a reasonable price. It has ALL options offered by the manufacture except the king size bed .... but it has the oversize walk in closet / office for instance and a 575 HP Cummins. Just for the record .... the trading value is higher than the asking price.
