CHECKOUT THIS CLASSIC MONACO CROWN ROYALE 38' DIESEL POWERED MOTORHOME WITH ONLY 76,459 MILES. IT NEEDS SOME TLC BUT HAS SOME GOOD BONES. CATERPILLAR diesel power, automatic transmission. New steer tires and very recent drives all on Alcoa aluminum wheels. Runs and drives good. It has nice solid wood cabinets throughout the unit. Very nice wood vanity set-up in the bathroom. The living room is spacious and bright with vintage décor and countertops in the kitchen and living room. The A/C is disconnected and is not working. The tachometer is not working. The front air bags deflate when parked. The engine leaks oil when parked. We are selling our 1994 Monaco Signature Crown Royale with a Roadmaster Chassis. I will do my best to describe all defects which are to be expected on a 20 year old motorhome. Please read the description and ask any questions before bidding. A deposit of $1000.00 dollars is required on a winning bid. First I will list the items that I know of that need attention. The unit will need to be painted or refinished. We have cleaned it in the past with streak remover and had god results and it needs that again. The unit has been stored outdoors. I had wanted to put a full body paint job on it to give it a more modern look. The fuel gauge does not work, It currently has over a quarter of a tank because the generator stills runs, the pickup for the generator is higher in the tank to prevent you from running it dry while camping. The tile in the bathroom needs to be redone, it could be re grouted or we had planned on replacing it all together. It has a satellite but does not work, we always used over the air or dvd while using it. The skylight over the shower is leaking, I have sealed this in the past but it needs to be removed and resealed. On the roll out tray in the drivers side compartment, the rear track has come loose and needs to be secured. The dash AC does not work, it may just need a recharge but we always ran the generator with the rooftop air. On the left side there is a place on the compartment door that needs to be refinished, I caught it on a gate latch leaving a camp site.See picture I will list any other defects if I come across them, please keep in mind it is a 20 year old coach and not new. I will let the pictures speak for themselves and list all the upgrades I have done. The tires on the coach are 3 and a half years old and have less than 15000 miles, they have been kept covered and 4 covers are included.I have upgraded the inverter/charger to a Magnum Energy 2000 watt (I think, it may be 2800 but not less than 2000). It is the Pure Sine Wave model and safe for electronics.The refrigerator has been upgraded to a residential Whirlpool model, it will run off of batteries or 110. I have upgraded the tv's The bedroom is a Vizio 24 inch 1080p and the front is set up for a 32". The picture with the tv in the front is to show you how it looks, it is not included in the sale. I also added a King antenna which we are happy with.My intent was to convert to all electric on the appliances, the only thing left is the cooktop which we have never cooked a meal on, I turned it on when we first got it to test it and see no reason why it still wouldn't work, I will try and test it in the next few days. Of course the water heater and coach heater is a Aqua Hot, which runs off of diesel or electric.The coach also has a system that keeps water hot while your using the main engine so you have hot water when you get to the camp site. The coach is equipped with the Cummins L10 engine and a Eaton 7 speed automatic transmission. It also has a Kubota 10kw Diesel Generator, the oil in both the generator and the main engine was last changed in April at about 122000 miles Please ask any questions and if you wish to view the coach please contact me to set something up.
