Needs new tires...visible evidence of dry rot. Seller tells us they replaced the air conditioners. The exterior paint is peeling in places. You have a full-service galley with a double bowl sink, microwave, and two-burner gas stove, with abundant storage around the entire kitchen, with a freezer/fridge combination. The factory refrigerator is broken. A home 110v is now in the RV. Going further aft, you come into the spacious bathroom with a full-sized shower with a clear door. A full-size hangup closet and a combination clothes washer and dryer are just across from the sink. And just beyond that is the master suite, with a queen bed and tons of storage for that long trip. Around the exterior of the coach, there is ample storage underneath the coach with full pull-out drawers making storage and access a breeze!! This RV needs work, but work can be done to renovate it

At the time of the visit, found the Monaco to be in good condition. There are a few photos that show very minor exterior blemishes. All is consistent with the age of the coach.
