2003 Lazy daze rv, 26.5 ft rear bath model, V10, 88k original miles, nice shape in and out, rare red/maroon color, runs and drives very nice. Onan 4kw generator, roof air conditioning/heater, 4 burner stove, microwave, convection oven, full size refrigerator with freezer runs on electric, propane or shore power, kitchen sink, toilet, comfortable standup shower with bathroom sink, full size couch that folds down into a bed for 2, dinette area seats 4 converts into a bed for 2 and cab over bed with ladder sleeps 2 as well. Fiamma awning. In the front area has two chairs with table for eating, entertaining or for any purpose that you choose. In the back of the coach it has a private 2 way closet door that is multifunctional that works as a closet door and also as a room separator between the bathroom and the kitchen area. Rv also has a flat screen tv. Lots of cabinet space for linens, books, blankets, supplies or just extra storage. Very nice interior throughout the unit. Unit has hardwood floors in the back area of the coach and carpet in the front area. All cabinets have plenty of storage space. Plenty of outside storage as well. Has outside shower as well. Coach also has solar to keep the house batteries consistently charged. Unit sleeps 6 people. Outside paint and striping is in very good condition. When you open the side coach door it has an electric step. Roof is in good condition with no leaks. Original owner was a military veteran who was very detail oriented and particular about this coach. All this, along with the amazing build quality and longevity of the Lazy Daze RV itself, says that this LD is ready to go for a long time with little to no maintenance. Those that know the brand Lazy Daze know that the outside skin and roof is made of aircraft grade aluminum sheet with folded seams to insure a quiet ride and no leaks. This Lazy Daze is in excellent condition. It's on a Ford chassis with a 460 engine that has 112k miles. This is the desirable rear bath floor plan. Completely reupholstered 7/2003 at Butterfield Interiors. Original swivel chairs and two portable (and foldable) recliners also reupholstered. In addition to the before mentioned, Butterfield Interiors made pillow shams, sofa pillows and driver/passenger seat arm protectors to match the updated interior. New carpet installed same year. Water heater replaced in 2015. Receiver hitch added to front end for a bike rack. In January of 2015 the upper and lower ball joints, drag link/inner tie rod, speed sensor, and front seals were all replaced along with a tune up and transmission service. Replaced muffler last month.
