Model is Cruise Master T40B. Mercedes 330HP Turbo Diesel engine, 6 Speed Allison Transmission, Air Brakes, Air Suspension, Exhaust Brake, all on a Freightliner Chassis. Three big slide outs (one in the living room, and two more in the rear bedroom). Has two bathrooms (one mid, and one in the rear bedroom), along with a washer/dryer combo. This coach looks excellent inside and out, and runs just as good as it looks! Overall in great condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. This was the BEST diesel that money could buy in 2007 from Gulf Stream. High quality finish and fabrics. Average NADA value is close to $140,000. See the YouTube video, for a full tour of the outside and inside, along with the floor plan and original brochure. EXTERIOR Exterior is in very good condition. Full body paint is shiny, and painted decals look great. Some minor clear coat peeling. Obviously, with a used coach, you can expect some small nicks, and scratches (this coach has VERY few if any). Fiberglass roof is in excellent condition, no sign of any current or past leaks. Tires have good tread, and aren't showing any signs of weathering. Glass is in good condition all around, no cracks in the windshield. Power awning over passenger side, entrance door awning, and three slide toppers. Generac 75D diesel generator runs great, with 1120 hours. Full pass through storage bins. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. INTERIOR Interior is also in very good condition, with some minor wear typical of a coach this age. In the cockpit, at the leather driver seat: telescopic/tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, cold dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD, 32" TV in Living Room, 21" TV in the rear bedroom, Satellite dish, and TV Antenna. Both leather front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, and a space for a recliner: coach sleeps 4 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge with ice-maker, 3 Burner Stove-Top, Oven, Convection microwave Oven, Hot Water Tank. Corian countertops and beautiful wood cabinets. First bathroom area is next, with a private area for the toilet and vanity. Across the hall, is the washer/dryer combo. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. At the very back of the coach, is the second bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity, and makeup area.
