We are the 2nd owners of this camper. We bought it from an older couple who bought it new in 08'. They used it a total of 4 times. Their son owns a large storage building where they kept the camper inside year round on cement floor. We have only had it for two seasons and have used it 5 times. Last winter we stored it in the previous owners sons building so it's never seen a winter outdoors. There are absolutely no issues, everything works. I installed new co2 and smoke detectors. We also have a Honda 3000 eu/si generator that the couple we purchased the camper from bought new when they bought the camper in 08' which goes with the camper. They used it on 2 of the 4 trips they made and we used it 4th of July and Memorial Day this year. Same as the camper no issues and low hours on it. Original tires are on the camper. There's no dry rot they've always been covered. I don't care for fifth wheel hitches so I bought an adapter that converts the camper from a fifth wheel to a gooseneck with the standard 2 5/16 inch ball. I do not have the fifth wheel hitch so you will need that if you choose that set up. The adapter is easily removed and I can have it off in no time if you prefer a fifth wheel hitch. If you're set up for a gooseneck then you're ready to go.

*******REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE. MUST SELL*********** I purchased this at the insurance auction with the damage shown in the pics. The damage was only in the bathroom on the inside and the puncture missed both slide outs on the outside. I have repaired the wall inside and rebuilt the bathroom cabinet, the damage to the shower remains but I put collision tape over the cracks so the camper is useable. The outside needs 3 pieces of aluminum siding replaced but I also taped it up with collision tape so it is water tight. The camper has a salvage title. The camper is in like new condition on the inside. In the rear kitchen there is an abundance of cabinet space and plenty of windows. It has a stove with oven, microwave with a hood over the stove. A double stainless sink as well as a dishwasher!!! The table area looks to be set up to transform into another sleeping area but it will need the piece that fits between the seats where the table is. The living area is also loaded with cabinet space, has a leather sofa that pulls out into a full sized bed. There is also an electric fireplace that gives off a lot of heat!! The bathroom has plenty of space and is also loaded with cabinets, there is a full size washer and dryer in the bathroom as well. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a huge closet with mirrored sliding doors, one of the mirrors is cracked as shown in the pics. The tires will need to be replaced soon. The wall switch for the slide out in the main living space is not working but I went under the camper and put power to the slide out motor and it works just fine. Everything else works as it should including the power awning. Everything in the camper has been tested and works as it should. My family used this camper over the holiday weekend and it was great. I personally towed this camper over 12 hours to get it home and it tows wonderfully with the triple axels. All lights and brakes work as they should. Please note that in the pics there is an adapter on the camper that allows me to tow it with my gooseneck ball, I will be keeping this adapter it just bolts on to the kingpin so to move it you will need the fifth wheel hitch in your truck. 2004 Fleetwood Prowler 295 BHS fifth wheel bunkhouse camper for sale. I purchased camper in spring of 2005. Overall good condition. Everything works. Upgraded to 16" aluminum wheels and 10 ply tires. Has the large rear door in back to allow storage of bikes during travel after folding up bottom bunk. Refridgerator will run off gas or electric. Gas hot water heater also has electric element in it. Power front jacks and crank down rear. Had new rubber roof and both awnings replaced this spring. Ac is good and cold and furnace works as well. Has three large holding tanks on bottom, one for kitchen sink, one for toilet, and one for the bathroom sink and shower. Also has the large fresh water tank and 12v pump for primitive camping.
