Ford V8 460 engine and transmission with very low miles (44,000). This coach looks very good inside and out, and runs just as good as it looks! Overall in great condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. High quality finish and fabrics. Sleeps 6 in total. Fully self contained. See the YouTube video, for a full tour of the outside and inside! EXTERIOR Exterior is in very good condition. Sidewalls are clean and decals do have some fade/cracking from the sun. Some delamination on passenger side. Obviously, with a used coach, you can expect some small nicks, and scratches (this coach has VERY few if any). Roof is in excellent condition, no sign of any current or past leaks. Tires have good tread, and aren't showing any signs of weathering. Glass is in good condition all around, no cracks in the windshield. Awning over passenger side, and three window awnings. Onan 5000 generator runs great, with only 285 hours. Full pass through storage bins. INTERIOR Interior is also in excellent condition, with minor wear typical of a coach this age. In the cockpit, at the driver seat: telescopic/tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, dash A/C (blows warm), back-up camera, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/Cassette, 19" TV in Living Room, and TV Antenna. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, and a recliner: coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 Burner Stove-Top, Oven, microwave Oven, Hot Water Tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, shower, and vanity. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Ducted roof A/C unit along with a gas furnace.
