Coach has upgraded flooring and new wallpaper throughout the coach, with a new backsplash installed in the kitchen. The coach is clean inside and shows well; the coach did have a leak in the roof, but it was repaired. The outside coach has some fading and some scratches, and it shows its age. I am told the Generator cranks but will not fire only has 109 hours. The seller says it runs great and has no issues other than the Gen-set. The local and visiting consultant was very impressed with this unit; so many opportunities for adventures and the ability to take all the toys. The seller states that everything is in good working order except for the patio awning, which needs the fabric replaced and to have it reinstalled. The Tires have a DOT code of 1117 or later and are in good condition. The local representative took the photos and video, and they accurately reflect the current condition of the listing and its primary features. Stock #331325 Low mileage on this well-maintained motorhome with only 3 year old tires! This 2007 Four Winds Hurricane 34N is built on the Workhorse Chassis and powered by the GM 8.1L Vortec V8 engine that delivers up to 340hp. The 3-slide-out 34N floorplan is comfortable and roomy, with the opposing slides in the living area that creates an open floorplan with room to enjoy the time on the road. The unit shows some wear and has a few soft spots in the flooring, but overall is in good condition. The exterior patio awning (power) was removed to get the fabric replaced - the seller has the hardware to replace it - but health issues have prevented him from completing that project. All the appliances and RV systems function as expected. This system has the Guardian RV Quitepact 5500 Watt Generator and is wired for 50 Amp service. The engine runs strong and true, and the tires were last replaced in 2017. The captain's chairs swivel so that they can be used for relaxing and enjoying conversations in the living space. The floorplan shows a third swivel chair behind the passenger seat - that has been removed and replaced with a small table that is great for a workstation or playing games on the computer. The bathroom spans the full width of the RV with a split bathroom - the toilet and bathroom sink are on your right in a private room - the door can be opened to close off the entire bathroom from the living area for privacy. The shower is a large corner shower with a linen closet next to the shower. There is another privacy door for the master bedroom that closes off the entire bathroom from both the front and rear areas. The master bedroom features a large pedestal queen bed with a sleep number mattress, cabinets overhead, and countertops on either side of the bed. A large wardrobe closet at the foot of the bed and a vanity desk with a TV mounted on a bracket above the vanity area. This RV is clean and shows normal wear compared to its model year/age. The interior has been repainted and the vinyl flooring has been replaced. The roof was replaced in November 2023 - New FlexArmor roof with transferable lifetime warranty. There is some cosmetic damage to the entry door but the handle and lock are functional. The driver and passenger seats swivel to face the living area and both have areas where the cover material has worn off (very common in older RVs). The exterior decals have some chips and cracks. The tires are roughly three years old and have very good tread depth. The seller reports all mechanical and electrical features function normally.
