It is mechanically sound but needs some good TLC cosmetically. The main awning is broken, and all the tires need to be replaced. The outside could use a good wash and detailing. The RV's exterior is very well maintained, and the full-body paint is still in really good condition, as the RV is always covered when not in use. There are a few minor chips and scratches in various places on the RV, but all should be considered normal wear and tear. The tires, which have date codes from 2021, still have plenty of tread and show no signs of damage or premature wear. The interiors are in great condition with no signs of water intrusion. There are only a few minor rips and some of the synthetic leather interior. Agent has not seen the coach. All statements on condition and systems are from the seller. Buyers are encouraged to do their own due diligence and inspections. According to the seller, this RV has been maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations, and all systems are in good working order. Everything works except the backup camera. Directly from the seller: The title says Flood Damaged. The previous owner stated that the RV dealer received a flood payout for his entire lot for flood damage.
